Great brewpub. Wide selection of beers & ciders, & while the food is not mind blowing we haven't been disappointed yet. Good service & ambience, clean, multiple TVs with good sightlines for gamedays. One of our favorites in Montreal.View more

They're good enough that we went two days in a row. The selection is very broad. That's usually a sign that a brewery can't focus, but every thing I've had had been very good. I love the double white. My wife loves the creamsickle sour. We both loved the oaked Berliner. & that's just their beer; they have several other breweries on tap, & they're also excellent. Update 2023: we've been back twice this trip, & we've only been in town 4 days. The beer selection isn't quite as broad, but the Abbaye de Saint bon-chein was amazing. Update 2024: the hefeweizen was excellent, the grisette aussi. I ended up drinking several English Bitters, which I love. No change to my ratings.View more

Un vrai coup de coeur pour ce restaurant de bière artisanale ! L'ambiance y est détendue & chaleureuse, idéale pour une soirée entre amis ou un repas en toute simplicité. Le choix de bières est impressionnant, avec des options locales & artisanales qui plairont aux amateurs comme aux connaisseurs. Chaque bière a sa propre personnalité, & les accords mets-bières proposés sont tout simplement parfaits. Les plats, quant à eux, sont délicieux, préparés avec des ingrédients frais & de qualité. Cool place, huge choice of good beers on tap. Very tasty food, we ordered a Caesar Salad (which actually was a typical Caesar Salad!), vegetable pizza & poutine "la cajun". All dishes were fresh & incredibly good, size of portions was just about right. The service was quick & friendly :)View more

The service was friendly but once we received our food (which took a fair while to get to us after we ordered it) we didn't really get checked on if we needed anything etc. Not a huge deal & nice if you prefer to eat uninterrupted! My real concern was related to my food. I ordered the chili dog because it sounded like fun. It arrived & when I picked it up the bun was cold - I felt no heat whatsoever - so I just went in for a bite right away thinking that it probably wouldn't be too hot considering I felt zero warmth through the thick bun. Oh man was I ever wrong!!! Despite not feeling any warmth when I picked it up, the chili was the temperature of molten lava. As soon as I bit into it I regretted it immediately as it completely burnt my mouth. I didn't even complete the bite - as soon as I realized how hot it was I stopped biting down & took it out of my mouth - but the chili stuck to the roof of my mouth & literally burnt it so badly that a layer of the skin came off the roof of my mouth over the course of the evening 🥲 Mouth damage aside, that meal was very yummy once I let it cool down so I could eat it. I STRONGLY caution anyone thinking of having that chili dog to touch the chili itself before eating- just because the entire rest of the hotdog feels like it came from a fridge does not mean it's safe to take a bite. I am just grateful it wasn't worse; but my mouth is in a fair amount of pain tonight. I am the last person to complain about food being too hot & have a good tolerance for temperature but holy cow, this is going to hurt someone really badly if they aren't careful.View more
