Enjoy a wide range of wines by the glass, a nice variety of Quebec and International beers all while savoring the bistro-style food. The carefully crafted menu by Emilia Rizzetto and Fabrice Coutanceau offers one of the most appealing tables in the Laurentians. LE SAINT-SAU, PUB GOURMET is a friendly gathering place. Our modern pub offers the best location in St-Sauveur, in the heart of la rue Principale, a south facing terrace and a sunny dining-room where you can enjoy all the local entertainment.

Back tonight great food & atmosphere. I don't go out enough (once a week) but when I do I appreciate stress free evenings. We had a table for 2 hours. We paid the bill with 3/4 of a beer left & 45 minutes before our time was up when we were told the next customer was at the door. To the owners: you need to better manage expectations, if you show up early & folks are still enjoying their evening, we will not inform them of your presence. Bottom line, we chugged our beers cause we are decent people... feeling unsatisfied.View more

Great place to get a good meal with friends. I love the vibe of the village. Service was great, the appetizers were amazing, cheese fondu was to die for. The only thing I would recommend is to keep Menus clean, it will be amazing if you swipe them with a clean towel.View more
