Mediocre food especially for the price, no flexibility while ordering. Refused to replace a very bad (very watered down weak) coffee (saying it will be charged extra. Disappointed.

Amazing food, great prices, great service, & I can bring my doggo on the terrace! I went with the Rio Burger, & wow was it amazing with the beef patty & ribs/sauce on top!! The homemade fries & poutine sauce were top-notch as well. & the portions were very generous, something that's lacking at a lot of restos these days. Wait time for the food was very good as well. The service was great & the ambiance is very cozy. It's not in the downtown core of St-Sau, so it's a little quieter. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

Moi qui demeure à St sauveur je n'avais jamais été à ce restaurant Les côtés levées sont exquise & le fish & chips est excellent ,aussi leurs frites sont très bonne. Belle ambiance très bon service. C'est certain nous allons y retourne

Delicious food, fantastic service & charming ambience. This family owned restaurant is a must stop. We got the full rack of ribs, which we couldn't finish, & they made a perfect midnight snack (I'm eating them as I write this!). Ribs were classic bbq style, not too fatty but very juicy, on a bed of perfectly fried french fries (the classic poutine style fries that are a deep brown but soft & sweet) & a tangy coleslaw that balances out the flavours. 10/10 would recommend:)

Wow wow wow!!!!!!!!!!! Côte levé mon dieu qu'il sont bonne avec entré aile de poulet avec sauce maison quelle délice allez faire un tour ses complètement malade en plus si ses Isabelle qui s'occupe de vous quelle service on y retourne mois de juin yessss

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant Le Rio à Saint-Sauveur. Le service était impeccable, le personnel très sympathique & attentionné. Nous avons dégusté des plats savoureux & généreux, la demi côte levée était fondante & le fish & chips croustillant. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui cherchent une cuisine maison & un cadre convivial.

Still the best ribs around, yes it's 45 minutes from Montreal out in St Sauver, but worth the drive anytime even on a night like tonight (Snowing in Jan who would have thought) as always Lauren & Isabelle are the best! & once you're there grab a jar of the secret sauce:) for home......

What a wonderful place! We ordered fried mushrooms & half-rack ribs with baked potato. From now on this is THE rib place for us! The restaurant is clean, seating was spacious, very nicely decorated & festive. The service was excellent: Laureen was attentive, friendly & prompt. Food was excellent: hot & delicious, especially ribs: a really slow-cooked variety (not boiled commercial fast-serve). The bill was reasonable. Will definitively return - many times!

I have eaten ribs in many well known restaurants & I must say that this restaurant serves the best ribs that I have ever eaten. The fries are to die for & yes, when I do die, I want to go to Le Rio BBQ
