Review Summary

Le Red Tiger draws mixed impressions from diners, with some praising the pho, fresh ingredients, and quick service, while others note small portions, premade components, and occasional price surprises; the menu includes spicy beef soup and beef carpaccio that many enjoy, and free fried spring rolls are mentioned as a pleasant bonus, but issues such as overly sauced vermicelli bowls, tofu that is too sweet, and uneven taste are also reported; overall it remains a popular quick option in the market area where good flavors and fast service collide with price and consistency concerns.

Small portions. Salty tonkinoise. Chicken in beef broth. Expensive.

The spicy beef soup!!! That's all you need to know. I don't even think they themselves know how good it is. So yummy!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE & MANAGEMENT My girlfriend wanted to order a simple beef pho that was supposed to be only $17 (before taxes). The staff asked her if she wanted it spicy or not, & she said yes. Then the sketchy part came, the price of the pho suddenly became $22, & she ended up paying $25.29 for the beef pho. My gf wanted to change the order, but the staff refused. Turned out the staff "upgraded" the pho with extra protein (+$5) WITHOUT HER CONSENT. The only good thing was that the pho tasted phenomenal, but their way of conducting business is unscrupulous. WOULD NEVER VISIT AGAIN

The staff was friendly but the service was slow. A few mistakes here & there. It mostly office people that come to eat. Everything is premade in advance. My soup wasn't hot enough to cook the raw beef. The noodle was hard still, they just pour the broth into the bowl. For this price, not the best pho.
