As a food inspector, I pay close attention to quality, freshness, & overall execution & Le Poké Station Saint-Eustache absolutely delivers.

Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh, from the perfectly cut salmon to the crisp vegetables & well-balanced toppings. The presentation was clean & appetizing, & portions were generous. The appetizers were just as impressive-crispy, flavorful, & paired perfectly with their sauces.

Service was efficient & professional, & the overall experience felt consistent with a well-run operation that takes pride in quality & standards.

If you're looking for fresh, high-quality poké in the area, this location sets the bar. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We miss our Hawaii trip so much, & honestly, Le Poké Station made us relive it in the best way possible. Every bowl is fresh, colourful, & packed with flavour. The portions are generous, & everything tastes incredibly fresh.

We've tried almost every bowl on the menu & loved every single one - plus, the option to customize your own bowl is a huge bonus. You can really make it exactly how you like it.

They also have $5 entrées that are absolutely delicious & perfect to share.
