Amazing food & amazing service ! The shrimp with sweet potato is a must. Crispy beef & dumplings were excellent. My wife loved the won ton soup, me me it was ok. All in all we had a great meal & will definitely be going back . Only reason I removed 1 star was due to fact they have their minimum tip set at 18% on machine. I was already going to leave 18% since service was excellent but you shouldn't force it on your clients. Your clients should be ones deciding how much they wanna tip & minim should always be 15%, anything above should be at discretion of your client who is the one paying & judging service they got.Voir plus

I'd highly recommend people to dine at this restaurant once. I truly love the food here, it's very tasty & the ambience is really cozy. The service is top-notch & a big thanks to Miss Virginia, who is very hospitality & knowledgeable in presenting the origin of every single dish that I ordered. Most importantly, you should try the Hunan wonton with peanut butter sauce. (you won't regret it.) The location is very accessible just 7 minute's walk away from the metro Acadie.Voir plus

The restaurent is really beautiful, the food was correct. Taste fresh but i was expecting better especially for the price. I still enjoyed my meal but not my bill. The service was something else, the waiters were as confused as the customers about what was going on, they seem to be in a restaurant for the first time of their life. It took 25 minutes to get someone to come see us & take our order & we were sitting for 45 minutes before we got a glass of water. It make dinner funny having 5 different waiters who were really friendly trying to take care of us & what seem to be the manager trying to understand why we do not get our food rather than organizing his team for everything to go smoothly. definitely not enjoyable to wait so much to get average overprice food. I will keep a good memory of the chaos of service that happen under my eyes for a not busy service night but i would not recommend anyone to go there unfortunately.Voir plus

Fabulous dining experience, very informative friendly staff, made you feel at home. The crispy shrimp & sweet potato were a highlight. Hazel, the owner of the old Piment Rouge is back in the restaurant business, with a lot of old favourites, & new ones as well. Nice modern airy decor, & chefs directly from China. Message aux propriétaires. Nous avons visité votre restaurant le samedi 28 septembre. J'ai écrit ma critique en français - moins de gens la comprendront. Mais j'espère que vous ferez des changements. Vous avez investit beaucoup dans l'espace. Votre restaurant semble bien rouler, il y avait beaucoup de clients. MAIS très peu reviendront. Les clients deux tables de 6 personnes à côté de nous ne reviendront pas. À 54 ans, c'est la première fois que les client & nous parlons ouvertement des problème de services. Nous avions constamment besoin de rappeler que nous attendions nos plats (& eux aussi). Qu'il manquait quelque chose. Première fois dans ma vie que au moment de commander, nos verres d'eu sont encore vides. La dame qui nous a servis a beau être gentille, elle n'est pas professionnelle. Si je veux aller manger chez ma tante, je vais aller chez ma tante. Ça n'a pas de sens de la voir servir d'autres tables à l'autre bout du restaurant. Pendant ce temps, vos jeunes staff ne servent à rien. TRES GROS PROBLEME DE SERVICE. Vous avez tout pour être un restaurant haut de gamme. Votre service est totalement inacceptable. La nourriture maintenant. Votre menu est très intéressant. MAIS on dirait que tout est fait à l'avance. Les boules de crevettes FRITES: délicieuses mais FROIDES. Comment est-ce possible? Vos dumplings Hunan: extraordinaires MAIS à peine TIEDES. Inacceptable. Mais le plat le plus décevant: nouilles Shanghai. FROIDE. Pas de goût. Presque pas de légumes d'oeufs. etc. INACCEPTABLE. Je suis chef d'entreprise moi -même. Vous devez donner un sérieux coup de bar. Vous ne respectez pas vos clients. L'expérience des clients & nulles. & ILS EN PARLENT SOUS VOS YEUX DANS VOTRE RESTAURANT. Jamais je n'ai vu ça - jamais. Votre chiffres de ventes vous montrent peut-être que vous performez bien. Came here with my friends & at first glance I thought it is another americanized Chinese resto serving G tao, Wonton Soup & Spring rolls... Surprisingly they do have a menu for some real Chinese / Sichuan Cuisine with not so common protein choice like eel & rabbit. Food tasted very authentic & I would say even better than some restaurants I have been back home (AKA Chengdu, Sichuan). Price is on the expensive side & portions are not'typical Chinese restaurant' generous. I will definitely be back but only on some special occasions unfortunately.Voir plus

BACK TO THE FUTURE, par hasard & au détour d'une balade, nous retrouvons un classique de la scene culinaire montréalaise des années 80 & 90 sans pour autant être ringard. Saveurs & gouts authentiques qui ont fait de cette enseigne une incontournable table. Pour qui veut vraiment goûter de l'authentique cuisine szechuanaise "occidentalisée "qui a fait le succès du Piment Rouge , plaisir assuré! On y retourne pour essayer les nouveaux plats ? Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Food was incredible from start to finish. Had dim sum & the crunchy beef plate with steamed rice & wonton soup. My belly is very happy now. Highly recommended. Service was fantastic as well.Voir plus

Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes & nous avions une belle grande table. La nourriture était délicieuse. Tous les plats qui sont faits pour partager étaient savoureux. Le problème est au niveau du service, mon groupe & moi avons trouvé que les serveurs ne savaient pas quoi faire & dans quel ordre. Nous avons reçu l'alcool d'une seule personne, après 2-3 entrées pour quelques personnes seulement, après un plat principal, après d'autres entrées, bref tout arrivait dans le désordre. Il était difficile d'avoir de l'eau au début & personne n'est revenu nous voir pour commander de l'alcool quand tous nos verres étaient vides. Nous avons eu aussi la promesse que la cheffe/propriétaire allait venir nous voir, mais nous attendons encore. Je recommande pour emporter ou une équipe mieux formée.Voir plus
