If you need a change from your larger portioned breakfast.... This place does some amazing pastry options. Not many seats inside but you can take away if you wish. Lovely atmosphere sharing a large bench table with other travellers & locals. Staff work really hard to service the constant queue of hungry visitors. Lots of options for drinks, but the freshly ground coffee was amazing.

Feels like a tourist trap - come, buy, leave. There are no toilets (which is odd since there are tables to sit down). I understand that some coffee places put a no-laptop policy on the weekends; but the staff should have enough judgement to allow the use of an iPad to write down notes for people who don't carry around paper/pen. Won't be coming back since there are so many nicer & more welcoming coffee shops around.

Been here several years ago & remembered the place fondly as a beautiful cozy taste breakfast place. It still looks nice but baked goods & prepared sandwiches are beyond stale. They were also selling'older croissants' for 50% off, we did not partake… based on the age of our sandwiches & scone, cannot imagine how old those croissants are.

cute, charming, & remarkably well stocked. deep & interesting selection of hot & cold beverages, alcoholic & non alcoholic, a bunch of great pastries, & even ice creams, plus a bunch of other eclectic & interesting items. perfect spot for a date.

Ça vaut le détour pour l ambiance & parce que c est un endroit unique mais on repassera pour le café! J ai pris un espresso décaf & il était vraiment mauvais. Super service & beaux sourires. Rue St Paul en réno à cet endroit

The cute atmosphere drew us to this one. Homemade sauces lining the shelves, nicknacks lining the windows, & warm lighting from antique lamps all around. It had a personality that seemed to fit with the old town around it.
We ended up with a iced vanilla oat milk latte & it was just how we liked it. sweet but not too sweet & creamy. The staff was pretty friendly & quick as well. With the constuction going on it was pretty empty but its still easy to get to. Overall a great experience.

Touristy coffee shop with some groceries, too. The smoothies are premixed, so you can't customize them. Pretty cramped inside.

Petit café, au décor très éclectique. Produits locales artisanal, bières de microbrasserie. Assez occupé, il est difficile d'avoir une table. Lecafé est excellent. Le service est très bien lui aussi.

Delicious ice cream, cute speciality grocery items, & love the overall vibe. It's also super cute on the outside. Definitely worth stopping by on old Montreal!
