Out of all the beautiful made in Quebec specialties items ( just what I was looking for) not one was priced. The girl suggested I just bring it to the cash she will let me know how much it costs but that was not going to work as I wanted to know the cost of everything! Coffee was excellent unfortunately bought nothing, did not have the energy to keep inquiring!
They have a beautiful atmosphere & something of a corner store vibe but with gift style options & pre-packaged food & drink. They have gluten & lactose free baked goods, I had a giant chocolate & nut cookie with their Americano which is delicious.
I was looking for a coffee shop open on Christmas Day since most places in Canada were closed. I stumbled upon Le Petit Dep, which is popular with tourists in Montreal because it's right beside Notre Dame Basilica. The exterior looks very aesthetic, & inside there was a long line. The space is small, so you may need to wait to sit. I ordered a latte & their almond croissant, & both were excellent. The croissant was worth every bite & good value for money. After, I checked their shop & bought some chocolates for friends. I didn't see the prices & was shocked when the bill came to $130 for 8 chocolates, lesson learned! Overall, the experience was very enjoyable. Great coffee, amazing croissant, beautiful spot. I'll definitely come back but will ask prices first next time.
This beautiful café offers excellent & unique local products. Unfortunately, the pros stop there. The service has been consistently disappointing, marked by contemptuous & arrogant attitudes on more than one visit. It's a shame to see such potential be overshadowed by such poor customer treatment. With better service, I would actually recommend it to my friends.
Beautiful interior, perfect vibe, wide range of high quality products, high quality drinks. Warm & inviting, very unique!
Been here several years ago & remembered the place fondly as a beautiful cozy taste breakfast place. It still looks nice but baked goods & prepared sandwiches are beyond stale. They were also selling'older croissants' for 50% off, we did not partake… based on the age of our sandwiches & scone, cannot imagine how old those croissants are.
Beautiful small cafe',bursting with coffees & drinks.Kind smiling staff & variety of picks for quick eats.
A beautiful & quaint little coffee shop in the heart of Old Montreal. I think I spend $150 over 2 days every time I stay near that location. Coffee is amazing with tons of other options such as desserts, food & plenty of drinks to choose from.
Just a gem, like you're in another country when you're there.
