Everything looked so good & I had trouble deciding, thus the waiter suggested that when this happens they usually turn to their traditional basil minced pork dish (Pad Ka Prao Porc or Thai Basil), with a side of rice & a fried egg on top. I had to try it. I had it at medium spicy which was just right for me, however do note that it is fairly spicy at that level, & it was just popping with flavour. There is a nice mix of vegetables within the dish & the pork was very juicy & tender; plus the fried egg added a nice contrast of flavour. I would highly recommend it & although I'm not very close by, I'll make the journey to return hopefully soon.
next time I hope to try Larb Moo with crushed rice as well as Larb Gai. :-)
The rosé wine was excellent.
Absolutely loved this place! The service was amazing - everyone was so patient, kind, & especially attentive with our allergy (we requested no peanuts) & they handled it so carefully, which we really appreciated.
We ordered a bunch of dishes to share so we could try everything:
• Sam Chan Thod Nam Pla
• Pad Thai with shrimp (no chop suey)
• Khao Kra Pao pork
• Khao Kradook Moo Toon
• Panang curry chicken
Everything was delicious & honestly tasted like authentic Thai food (in my opinion). They were super accommodating with all our preferences & substitutions, which made the experience even better.
The spice level was perfect, portions were generous, & the whole vibe of the restaurant is really cute. Sharing everything was such a good idea because we ended up loving every single dish.
Also the mango sticky rice & thai milk tea were very good!!
Definitely coming back!
SO GOOD. Fresh, rich with flavour.
I've had a lot of Pad Thai but this one had a totally unique (& wonderful) taste profile. Lightly smoky, sweet & salty. The tofu is also well seasoned & very tasty.
The Khao Pad had rice that was perfectly fried, with garlicky undertones & similarly delicious tofu.
Regret not having found this place sooner (they opened in Dec 2025 & would have really helped brighten winter) but I'm eager to go back!
Food was exceptional. Service was super warm & attentive. Come hungry & order lots of different dishes. Probably my new favourite mango sticky rice in Montreal (& I've tried a lot of spots).
