J'ai été déçue de mon expérience chez Passé Composé. D'abord, nous avions une réservation & nous avons quand même dû patienter dans l'entrée avant d'être assignés à une table. J'ai pris le pain doré Panko, qui était beaucoup trop frit & lourd. Ça ne goûtait pas du tout le pain doré. Au moins, les fruits étaient bons. Mon plat était accompagné de yogourt grec nature qui goûtait assez mauvais & ne semblait pas frais. Au niveau de l'ambiance, le restaurant est peut-être victime de son succès, car c'est extrêmement bruyant & on ne s'entend pas parler. Si vous êtes assis à une table à côté d'une fenêtre, habillez-vous chaudement, car on gèle. Le service était agréable malgré tout. Les plats sont assez chers, ainsi que les boissons: mon *petit* café latte m'a coûté 8$ avant taxes & ne sortait pas de l'ordinaire. Je ne retournerai pas à ce restaurant.

Très bon service de la part de notre serveuse. Très sympathique & joviale. La nourriture est bonne, trop grosse portion (oui oui, c'est possible). Donc on fini par rapporter notre plat. Le café manque de technique pour du café vendu « spécialité » à 7$. Je crois que c'est à essayé, mais je n'y retournerai pas.
Première expérience en famille. Très fréquenté, donc bruyant & s'attendre à une file, même avec réservation. Menú très riche, ou très sucré, pas pour tout le monde. Énorme portions, souvent donnant l'impression de quantité au lieu de qualité.... Les prix ressemblent aux restaurants chics du centre-ville, donc j'irai plutôt à la brasserie Henri....
Firstly, the food is really just OK, it's nothing special & it's overpriced. Secondly, the booking system for reservations does not make any sense. I made a reservation & I still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Two walk-ins were also seated before me. I had spoken with them while we were in line & they confirmed that they did not have a reservation. We were two people & a walk in of two were seated before us because they were in line before we arrived, but they had no reservation. The restaurant will also not give you a table of four if you are a group of two so essentially you have to wait until someone leaves the bar, a table for two or the big shared group tables. The concept does not make sense & is really not functional. I don't mind waiting for brunch as I'm used to that since most brunch restaurants don't take reservations. However, this restaurant should not offer reservations & if they will not honour your reservation.
I made a reservation & waited 30 minutes to be seated. 2 people who came before me but who told me they did not have a reservation were seated before me. I don't think reservations should be allowed if walk ins get seated first. It was a disappointing experience.
It was my third time at that place. The food was good, however we were only granted 1h15 & weren't allowed to order another coffee after our food was gone. & paying 6$ for a small cappuccino & 1$ for oat milk is definitely too much. I will take a break before going back there.

La qualité de la nourriture & les plats sont vraiment bon. Cependant, pour la première fois je dois ajouter une note négative. 6$ pour un cappuccino & 1$ pour le lait d'avoine est plus qu'exagéré! De plus seulement 1h15 pour la réservation est trop courte. Je vais prendre une pause avant d'y retourner.
I really enjoyed eating at this place. The food is carefully thought out & the ambiance of the restaurant was great overall. We had the poached eggs with bone marrow & the maritimes one & both had their distinct flavour. The bone marrow had a generous portion & the maritime one too! However, the star of the show was the panko french toast. It was easily one of the best french toast I had. The texture of the panko just gives it its wow factor! The only dissapointment I had was that when we asked our new plates to be replaced since they were dirty , the waiter that we asked for (which was not our waiter) took them & threw the new plates back to us. Overall I would still recommend this place for the panko french toast that is amazing!
Nourriture beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est, peu d'options végétariennes, service lent (mais gentil & agréable), bar inconfortable parce qu'on est trop collés, mais c'est vraiment le prix le plus gros problème.

Bonjour, la nourriture est excellente, mais la quantité est vraiment trop grande. J'aurais payé un moins cher pour 1 seul oeuf bénédictine. Nous étions 2 & nous avons gaspillé la moitié de nos assiettes. Même si vous offez de rapporter la nourriture, c'est difficillement applicable avec un pain brioché mouillé...Pour éviter le gaspillage alimentaire, vous devriez offrir de plus petite portion.
Sinon, ambiance agréable.
Trop chère pour ce que c'est 40$ pour des oeufs avec du pain. Le service était très moyen on a dû demander un refil de café la serveuse en a donné à mon conjoint mais ne m'a pas demandé si j'en voulais aussi. J'ai trouvé cela ordinaire. Je n'y retournerai pas.
