Very nice restaurant. Bright, clean & comfortable environment.
We got seated on a nice table but being in the corner means it's a little harder to get service at first. The waitress was very attentive after introducing herself.
The atmosphere was very nice, no complaint at all.
Food wise, the foie gras toast was amazing! The bone marrow was alright, nothing too special. The fresh juice was nice.
Will go again but probably try other dishes & maybe go for dinner next time.
Definitely a place you need to make reservations early.

15mn d'attente pour se faire assoir malgré notre réservation, beaucoup de trop de temps pour se faire servir nos plats, des plats très gras, & un mal de ventre pour deux personnes sur quatre tout l'après midi après le brunch…
Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas malgré le nouvel endroit très beau.
Revamped restaurant! The one in the village was always my favorite. This one is nice, they kept most of the menu, but the essence of being rustic & homey is gone. It's more fancy. The vibe is too chic. The service was good! The food, as always, beyond delicious with beautiful presentation.
Well, overall, it is not too bad. Only two things:
1. I feel their cooking process probably started from raising geese after received my order of foie gras🤣🤣🤣
2. IDK if it is normal, but the fries looked & tasted like overcooked, even after I asked them to make a new one (the picture shows the second one; the first one looked like charcoal)🤣🤣🤣🤣
J'ai eu 2 petites erreurs, mais les employés ont rapidement corrigé la situation dans les 2 cas! :)
(il me manquait une partie de mon plat (yaourt), puis on m'avait chargé une taxe d'alcool sur un smoothie aux fruits)
J'ai trouvé l'emplacement des tables à l'entrée un peu dérangeant: les clients font la file juste à côté de notre table, les employés ont du mal à circuler & il faisait froid à être proche de la porte!

A perfect little brunch spot with great vibes & delicious food. The panko French toast was incredible & our server Chloe was so sweet! Can't wait until next time!
Lors de mon passage dans ce restaurant, j'ai été impressionné par l'excellence du service culinaire. Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux & attentionné a posé les bases d'une expérience mémorable. Le personnel, à la fois professionnel & souriant, était aux petits soins, prêt à répondre à la moindre demande avec une élégance naturelle.
Plats incroyablement délicieux & originaux. Excellent service! Le resto est simplement magnifique & c'est un endroit unique à découvrir & à redécouvrir.
C'est un classique annuel pour moi & mon copain quand on veut se gâter: le Passé Composé un matin d'hiver! Grilled-cheeses toujours aussi bons & le foie gras était une découverte pour nous, délicieux! Service toujours aussi friendly & le nouvel emplacement est vraiment cute!
Had brunch at Le Passé Composé today with a friend, & it was fantastic! We both love cheese, so the grilled cheese sandwich & soup combo was perfect-rich, flavorful, & comforting. The ingredients tasted fresh, & the balance of textures was spot on. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the service was friendly. Definitely a place worth revisiting!!!
Rien à voir avec les restos déjeuner où tout le monde est entassé les uns sur les autres! Un endroit spacieux, un menu incroyable, des ingrédients frais, des plats super bien présentés. Le service est ultra attentionné. Parfaite expérience brunch!
Bonjour, nous sommes de passage à Montréal & nous avons voulu refaire l'expérience que nous avions faite en 2018 car on avait adoré. Petit bémol aujourd'hui car même si la qualité des plats est indéniable, les prix sont effarants ! Ils ont au moins triplé depuis notre venue en 2018, certes l'inflation est partout mais là c'est carrément incroyable ! Plus du tout accessible à tous. Dommage. L'ambiance est très chic & plus du tout chill comme avant. Bref la montée en gamme des lieux se fait ressentir dans l'assiette.
