Je suis vraiment déçue parce que plusieurs produits du magasin étaient expirés, ce qui est inacceptable & inquiétant pour la santé. J'ai aussi dû me déplacer pour retourner l'article, ce qui était très peu satisfaisant & une perte de temps. Par contre, je mets quand même une étoile uniquement pour le service de la dame, qui était très gentille, polie & serviable malgré la situation.
Très déçu par mon expérience chez Le Palais Boulangerie & Pâtisseries Laval.
Un produit expiré était exposé à l'entrée du magasin, bien en vue. Lorsque j'en ai informé un employé, sa réponse a été : Je le sais. J'ai proposé d'enlever le produit ou d'en parler au propriétaire, mais la situation n'a pas semblé les déranger.
Je trouve cela très préoccupant en termes d'hygiène & de respect envers les clients. J'espère que la direction prendra cette situation au sérieux & fera le nécessaire pour éviter que cela se reproduise.
Yesterday, I ordered a kilo of chopped parsley to make tabbouleh for my birthday ,but it was very coarsely chopped. I wouldn't recommend it. As for the tarts, they're delicious, but be careful: you might find expired or nearly expired products on the shelves.
In December I pre-ordered 5-6 dozen of baked goods for my birthday. When I came to pick it up, they were hot & fresh which was nice! The person at the front gave me a jar of mixed pickles for free & that honestly made my day :) I will definitely come here from now on instead of Adonis for the pastries ! They taste so much better.
