Nous avons adoré ce restaurant, le foie gras poêlé, le ris veau, le tartare de thon, les huîtres cuites étaient Wow wow wow! Je vous le recommande 100% on va y retourner c est certain Merci au serveur Ghislain de nous avoir fait goûter les vins pour accompagner chaque petites entrées Miammm délicieux 🥰

Awesome cozy restaurant with warming atmosphere especially with its fireplace. Calm vibe so you can have a conversation. the staff is awesome, let you take your time & enjoy the night as the table is booked for the whole night: no pressure. the Risotto & Escalope de foie gras are great starters. For meat lovers, the main dish can be a wide selection, went with the: filet mignon de veau which is served with ravioli stuffed with foie gras & the Carre d'agneau that comes with a puree smashed with agneau inside it. love it & will definitely come back. Third time here, always great food. Tried the scallops, salmon tartare & again fois gras The Short rib is phenomenal

C'est extraordinaire ce qu'on a mangé (savouré) hier. Je manque de mots pour exprimer l'harmonie, l'audace & l'originalité des saveurs à cette table. Notre choix : Menu à la carte. Nous avons mangé foie gras poêlé, pétoncles, cerf & wapiti, un délice absolu !!

De l'entrée au dessert c'était un repas fabuleux avec un service extraordinaire de la part de Nelson. En table d'hôte, mes choix étaient: Le gravlax de saumon, la blanquette de veau & l'escalope de foie gras de canard poêlée: tous sublimes. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !
