We went at the time of the show, the girl that dances is soo pretty & always with smile, she encourages you to dance along! It was soooooo much fun! The food was amazing & the stuff were nice & not judgmental when I kept saying yes to all the food 🤣, pro tip, take a dress instead of pants for this restaurant! 👌🏻
Came on a weekday. Reserved at least a week in advance, we went their Montreal restaurant of Le Milsa before the covid & it was very good. We havent been going for quite some time so naturally we were excited & much looking forward to it. We arrived on time for our reservation, got seated right away. But we were surprised to see the restaurant had maybe no more than 12 people in the entire restaurant at supper time…i guess it's understandable since it's still close to 100$ per person after taxes & tips. On weekend it costs $5 more same menu. Since the restaurant was not busy, I see they have just 1 waiter, & that waiter is also a bartender & does the hostess job of getting customers seated as well.
Once they show us our table, for 10-15 minutes, we did not get even a glass of water. & i see they bring food & heat to everyone else usually when they are seated (as some customers arrived after us, but got water, appetizers, salad, fries, rice, veggies right away, while the grillmaster circles to one table at a time).. but for our table, we didn't get water, or anything until i had to waive & ask the waiter for it.
Then, i was looking at their menu on the pdf of the restaurant website & see we get be able to get to try all the meat, garlic bread, & shrimps… so we were excited.
But we received the salad, rice, fries & water after only 15 minutes & it seems like they start the meat round with offering garlic bread. Ok
Just for your info, dear reader, i would strongly suggest you try all the meat since you are here anyway for the brazilian grill, right? (Go to their website & check the menu to see all the meat & dishes you are supposed to receive) & when they pass by & ask you if you want the meat they are offering you… even if your plate is full from other meats, i suggest you take a slice or two of each one they offer to you, because you may think they would come back & ask you the same meat again, but they may or may not. It seems to me they dont, unless you explicitly ask the server to tell the grill-master to bring back the type of meat you want.
I can start by telling you now that of all of the meat they served, the lamb is the most tender & juicy & the best, the turkey & bacon i would say the second. & the third would be the shrimps. I tell you now, the shrimps & then the pineapple they will offer to you last. So i suggest you either ask them in the beginning if you want the shrimps in the beginning or leave room for it.
The bavette de boeuf is pretty good too. Everything else is dry, or very dry or too dry & too salty. Even the much anticipated filet mignon.
Their alcohol is all 18 to over 20$ per drink & expensive as hell. Quite honestly, i would much rather go to a korean grill close by than this restaurant again… food is so so at best. Service as well. & extremely expensive at 69$ weekdays & 74$ weekend, plus taxes & tips for dried meat that is not even truly a buffet since you have to wait for the meat to be served at their choice of timing. & shrimps is at the very end when you are full, though i asked the server for it in the beginning.. it's just not worth it. Quite Honestly.
Their booze is crazy expensive too. Usually a smart business owner would make booze more affordable to encourage more people to come… not super expensive & the stock of booze stays in the restaurant with a slow turnover.
Anyway, i cannot say i would recommend it even though i used to be a big fan of this place.
Belle soirée , belle place & super beau service ! Merci à Giulia & l'équipe pour la belle prise en charge, j'y reviendrai certainement !
