Service was horrible. Getting water was the biggest struggle. We waited so long for second side dishes & wrong ones were brought. The ice cream had time to melt before the pineapples were offered

For the quality of the food, I would suggest you work on the cuts of the meat. To make sure the slices are all juicy & remove the outside part that is more dry & sometimes slightly burnt.
Also, the salad could be better. Another family received coleslaw & it wasn't offered to us & is not on the menu. We tought everybody gets the same iceberg lettuce mix.
Salad 3/5 - looked like it was dumped messily into a bowl from a mixed bag of cabbage & a few lettuce leaves
Service 2/5 - need a lot of improvement
-Very inexperienced staff of various ages. Say "salut" to people instead of "bonsoir".
-Often came 2-3 at the same time to the table with different meats, all also talking at the same time, not waiting their turn.
-Kept coming incessantly even while our plates were already very full & we had turned the cartons to the red/no side.
-Serving meat from a dripping skewer to a person by reaching over another person, instead of going next to the person being served, at a table of 4 in the middle of the restaurant with plenty of space on all sides.
-Red wine bottle was so warm we had to put it into an ice bucket for about 20 minutes before we could drink it
-Took a long time to get our server's attention for the bill, had to repeat a second time, & then wait some more until we were finally able to pay & leave 30 minutes later.
Nourriture excellente, le sol bémol de la soirée c est que aussitôt assis il smene la nourriture, on avait commander des cocktails pour relaxer & jaser un peu avant , donc on avait les verres de cocktails & la bouteille de vin en même temps, juste de ça un peu déçu car on nous a jamais demander si on voulait être servi plus tard.
