Très belle expérience somme toute! Cela a vraiment pris trop de temps afin d'avoir nos 1eires consommations. Même pas le temps d'avoir un apéro & le repas débute. Décevant. Les bloody césar étaient EXTREMEMENT épicé, nous les avons pas bu, & très cher pour les bloddy. La nourriture est succulente, c'était goûteux & vraiment délicieux. L'ambiance c'est super! Bon service malgré tout! Aussitôt le repas terminé on nous pousse à partir, même au 2eim service. Ce qui m'a vraiment fâché, c'est la machine de paiement qui commence à 18% SUR les taxes. Je laisse toujours un 20% de pourboire, mais quand je vois ce genre de tactique, j'ai donné 15%. D'ailleurs, changez cela, ce n'est plus légal... On passe aussi aux tables en nous demandant de mettre 5* pour supossement gagner un repas pour 2...

Attention ils arrivent avec la machine qui indique 18% comme montant MINIMUM pour le pourboire. Bien sûr on peut choisir'autre' puis rentrer à la main 15%, par exemple, mais ils mettent une pression sur la clientèle avec cette façon de faire très déplaisante.
