Ce restaurant a tout pour proposer une excellente expérience à un prix raisonnable. Le personnel est excellent & gentil. L'ambiance est super, la nourriture est bonne, mais deux choses rendent l'expérience moins agréable & font que je ne reviendrai pas.
1- l'extreme rapidité des services. Nous avions commandé un cocktail à l'arrivée, or les plats d'accompagnement & le premier service de viande ont été servis avant que nous ayons reçus nos cocktails!. Ceux ci ont donc été bus en mangeant alors que nous avions pensé commander du vin. Par la suite, les services de viandes ont déboulés à une vitesse folle. Impossible de prendre le temps de manger une viande reçue, que l'autre arrivait. Au final nous avons tout mangé en moins de 30 minutes alors que nous avions prévu facilement 1:30. Conseil: RALENTISSEZ. Ne rien mettre sur la table avant que les cocktails aient été bus. & servir une viande seulement quand la précédente est mangée ou laisser 10 min entre les services
2- le gaspille est honteux! Indigne d'un restaurant soucieux d'une basique économie. La quantité de nourriture dans les plats d'accompagnement est démesurée (purée, riz, champignons, salade, frites & sauce). Quand on a vu tout ça partir à la poubelle on a eu mal au coeur. Suggestion: RÉDUISEZ LES PORTIONS DES ACCOMPAGNEMENTS. Vaut mieux mettre de petites portions & en rapporter sur demande que de jeter autant de bouffe.
Bref. Un resto qui a une excellent formule mais qui doit ajuster en fonction de ce qui est mentionné ci-haut
