Je recommande vivement cet établissement, surtout pour les personnes intolérantes au gluten ou atteintes de la maladie coeliaque. Après avoir essayé plusieurs versions de croissants sans gluten, je peux dire que les vôtres sont les meilleurs & se rapprochent le plus de la version traditionnelle avec gluten. Un véritable délice ! J'ai également goûté le mille-feuille, qui était très bon. L'ambiance est calme & accueillante, & dès l'entrée, on est enveloppé par le parfum appétissant des crêpes qui ajoute une touche chaleureuse à l'expérience.View more

Nous habitons en Nouvelle-Écosse & sommes venus à Montréal en visite. Notre fils de 11 ans a la maladie coeliaque & avons recherché des marchands de produits sans gluten en ville. La boulangerie Le Marquis dans le Vieux Montréal nous a enchanté par son accueil & ses produits SG de très haute qualité! La crêpe au chocolat préparée par monsieur le boulanger devant notre fils & en interaction très amicale avec lui a été une expérience merveilleuse, & délicieuse! Nous sommes repartis avec des chocolatines, tartelettes, mille-feuilles, etc. & un large sourire! Un croissant dégusté le lendemain après quelques minutes au four a aussi été un beau moment "feuilleté" rehaussé d'un "thumbs-up" sans équivoque. We tried this bakery/cafe while we stayed in Montreal & were not disappointed. My partner is celiac & there were many options for her to try! This bakery is dedicated gluten free & good for those who are celiac! We got their Turkey & Chicken sandwiches which were amazing & also hot chocolates!View more

It was my friend's birthday this past weekend & I wanted to get her an elegant & great tasting cake for the occasion. I came in person to place the order for the passionfruit chocolate mousse cake. Their original cake has macaroons on top as decoration, however my friend has a nut allergy so I asked if they could put some sort of chocolate toppings on top instead. I also requested to write Happy Birthday. This cake was brought to a dinner at a restaurant in Old Montreal & I was so excited to present it to my friend & the other 10 guests, however I was horrified when I saw how it looked. The writing was poorly executed, looked rushed & so unprofessional for such a significant celebration. The cake did taste good, but it's not a place to get a personalized cake for a special event. The design looked far from what I expected, especially for the price paid, I even tipped as well. Attention to detail is crucial in special event orders, & this fell short in every way. I was so embarrassed & disappointed.View more

This is the first dedicated gluten free bakery that I have come across since being diagnosed with celiac disease. I am also lactose intolerant & they also had vegan cheese! It was like a dream come true! The croissants were out of this world & the spinach, egg & cheese crepe was delicious! The staff were wonderful too! Really great little spot, is hard to find genuine good tasting & good looking gluten free food & this place has everything GF! Staff are super nice & welcoming, the interior is simple & cozy. Tried the sandwich crossaint & the crepe, all delicious with a really generous portion. Dairy free options also available. Price for some items is a bit above average but it reflects the cost of quality ingredients. Will definitely grab a bite again next time I'm in the area.View more

There is a reason this place has fantastic reviews - it is amazing! Never in my life did I think I would have a flaky croissant that was gluten-free. I almost teared up it was so good. Don't let the gluten free part of this scare you off with if you are not gluten free. You won't taste the difference. This is just plain great food. The crepes are delicious & the pastries are top notch. Best coffee we had while in Montreal. Staff was gracious & welcoming. We'll be back.View more

This 100% gluten free bakery is amazing! I visited every day while in Montreal. Their quiches are the best I've ever had. I tried the chicken quiche & the spinach quiche. Both are great, but I would have to say the chicken was my favorite. In terms of croissants, I tried the regular croissant, almond croissant, & chocolate almond croissant. All of them are very good. My favorite is the almond one. Frozen croissants are also available to be taken home. The crepes are also delicious. In terms of pastries, I tried the lemon tart & pear/pistachio tart. Both are delicious, but I highly highly recommend you try the pear one!View more
