Le Manners Resto-Buvette offre une ambiance chaleureuse et chic, des plats créatifs et savoureux à partager, et un service attentionné assuré par une équipe passionnée qui place les clients à l'aise dès l'accueil. L'offre s'inspire de la Méditerranée et du Moyen-Orient, avec des produits frais et des présentations soignées, des crudos exquis, du poulpe grillé, des gnocchis à la ricotta et des côtelettes d'agneau qui côtoient d'autres plats savoureux. Les cocktails signature et les vins importés complètent parfaitement les assiettes, et le décor cosy ainsi que l'ambiance lounge créent un cadre propice à une soirée conviviale entre amis ou en amoureux. Malgré quelques portions qui peuvent paraître modestes et un service qui peut varier en période d'affluence, l'expérience est globalement remarquable et les visiteurs parlent d'un lieu incontournable du Centropolis et de Laval, où le propriétaire et l'équipe semblent profondément investis pour faire plaisir et proposer une cuisine méditerranéenne inventive et sincère.
I went to Manner's for the first time for my birthday with about 30 people. From my first inquiry, Gabriel went above & beyond to curate the experience. He was very attentive to details & was happy to accommodate allergies in our group. At the restaurant, we had our own section which enhanced the experience. Gabriel had created a custom menu (which was kept a surprise until the day of) for our group with a budget of $75 per person. The amount of food we received for this price was amazing! All of the food was incredible & I had guests coming up to me all night complimenting the food & choice of restaurant. The scallop plate included popping boba which was so unique & delicious. From seafood dishes to lamb chops to salads & sides, every single dish was a 10/10, which I feel is pretty rare in group settings at restaurants. The tuna, feta salad, fries, & kopanisti were among some of my favourites. The drinks were also fantastic! Overall, the restaurant is on the smaller side which brings a nice, intimate feel. The decor & music give an elevated aesthetic. Manners definitely fills a need in Laval, bringing the Old Port/downtown experience & vibe to the north shore. After dinner, many of us stayed until 2 am to dance & have a few more drinks, if you like house music you would love it! It was definitely a memorable birthday, & the Manners team made it amazing in every aspect! Highly recommend!
Amazing place, great food & drinks, & great service. Will definitely come again. The only drawback is that the tables are way too close to one another in the back of the restaurant. They could remove one or two tables to make it roomier & more comfortable. One other thing is that the staff tell you as soon as you sit down that you have to leave in 2 hours, which is really not cool
Super ambiance, bonne musique, nourriture incroyable & drinks signature Manners tout aussi excellent. Notre serveur Simon a été autant professionnel que friendly avec nous, c'est vraiment un super bon gars. En gros, je recommande à 110%!!
A stand out in Centropolis. Staff were exceptional. Atmosphere is incredible, perfect for drinks, a date or a special event. Each dish was incredibly fresh, well-portioned, & well-presented.

The food: each plate was a delicacy; beautifully displayed, rich in flavours with fresh & homemade ingredients. (We almost licked our plates clean). The gnocchis tasted like they were made by an authentic Italian nonna (grandmother)- YES! THEY WERE THAT GOOD! The drinks were well balanced, creative, & tasty (including the mocktails).
The atmosphere: Meticulously put together to create a cozy, welcoming, lounge vibe (lighting, music, layout, decor). I was particularly pleased with the music: Great selection, & the volume was perfectly managed. Loud enough to create vibe, without being overpowering (you can hold a conversation without having to scream over the music).
The service: impeccable service from the waitress & busboy. The staff works as a team, allowing for efficient quality service. The managers were very welcoming, courteous, & very passionate about ensuring the optimal experience for every customer.
Excellent experience! Best restaurant in all of Centropolis in my opinion. Kudos to the owners/managers for bringing back the old school Montreal restaurant etiquette that will keep your clients loyal & coming back for more! :)

Belle expérience !! La nourriture est excellente ! Essayez leurs raviolis au homard !!!!! Leur drink signature Dali Sour était très bon également

Was is Stall 17. Gabriel the owner took care of us. Was a super gracious host. He knows his food & drinks & describes them with passion & fervor. We were a group of 6 everyone loved the food portions were perfect & the signature cocktails delicious.Love the decor, music & the sound system. Looking forward to going back again .
Très belle découverte de resto!! Nous y sommes allés pour célébrer un anniversaire!!! Direct en rentrant le proprio est venue se présenter & nous saluer alors nous avons été très bien accueilli!! Que dire des drinks & de la nourriture…. WOWWW!! Tout était excellent!! Nous avons pris plusieurs tapas à partager alors ça nous a permis de goûter à plusieurs choses différentes!! Le service aussi a été excellent!! Ce fût un peu long mais considérant que nous étions un groupe de 16 c'était une attente raisonnable!! Pour vrai super resto que ce soit pour une célébration entre amis ou pour passer un bon moment intime à deux!!!

Je me suis fait un nouveaux chum ce soir, Simon un des proprios qui est lui même derrière le bar où nous avons passé une soirée formidable. Les drinks excellent & le choix du chef 👌 dégustations de plusieurs plats proposés par Simon lui même.

Such a vibe!! The food was insanely good !Every dish was packed with flavor & super fresh. Drinks were on point too, so good & perfectly made. The atmosphere was amazing ,great music, & the staff were so sweet & welcoming. Honestly, everything was just perfect. Can't wait to come back!
Assez déçue… Rien à redire sur le service, notre serveuse était très gentille, mais nous avons attendu près de 30 minutes avant de recevoir nos drinks. Du côté des tapas, la moitié des plats n'était pas à la hauteur (cuisson ratée, saveur moyenne, etc.). Contente d'avoir essayé, mais je n'y retournerai pas malheureusement.
Came here to celebrate my birthday & was immediately greeted with a smile.
The restaurant was packed but nonetheless the hostess made sure I had a nice spot at the bar & then coordinated our move to the dining area.
The drinks were so different & I fell in love with the Garden themed one (I forget the name)
As far as food goes I would say the portions are generous & the temperatures perfect.
Very tasty, well Seasonned dishes but not too salty either.
Service was prompt, attentive but not overbearing. I'm trying to give an honest review but I don't have a single thing I would change or have to complain about.
We were here for the first time for my birthday, & we had the pleasure to be served by one of the owners. Gab & his crew are amazing. The food is fresh & very flavourful. The drinks are delicious. You can tell that they've put their heart & soul into this place. Great job guys.
Super endroit! L'ambiance est festive, les drinks sont super bons. Bonne sélection de vins. La nourriture est excellente & ce qui est le plus sympatique c'est que c'est fait pour partager & gouter plein d'item. Mention speciale pour le feta fouetté. Honnêtement j'y suis aller 2 fois en une semaine. Le service est excellent & personalisé. Il y a de bonne chance que vous soyez acceuilli par un des proprio Gabriel... faites lui confiance & viviez l'experience Manners. J'y retourne c'est sure!!
