Absolutely love this place! Such a great vibe with very tasty food & spot-on service. The cider was pricey for a can. Highly highly recommend for a night out with friends or a dinner date! Oh & also, try their foccacia ;)

Très chouette restaurant, & bonne ambiance générale. J'ai mangé d'excellents ris de veau. Il y a une belle carte des vins Les huîtres sont la spécialité mais nous n'en avons pas goûté. Ce serait parfait si nous n'étions pas tombés sur une affreuse serveuse très désagréable & très mal polie à la terrasse... elle discutais avec des amis installés à la terrasse sans s'occuper de nous. Quant elle a eu terminé de discuter (plusieurs minutes) elle est passée devant nous sans même nous saluer ou dire un mot. Inutile de dire que nous avons fuit cette personne désagréable pour nous installer à l'intérieur. A l'intérieur nous avons été servis par une charmante serveuse, professionnelle & sympathique.
Every time I come i'm blown away by the quality & the culinary skill shown by the dishes. Perfectly balanced, creative & mouth-watering. One of my fave in Montreal. Service has to improve though (got the wrong drinks, wouldn't come to our table to take orders for like one hour, kind of catastrophic not gonna lie), especially for the price you're paying. Maybe just an off night who knows! Good selection of natural wines & beautifully executed cocktails.

We walked by late on a Tuesday looking for a drink & a snack & were stunned by the excellent food, great wine & cocktails, & friendly staff. We kept ordering more food because it was so good. A new favorite!
Good vibes & decent food. We ordered the whelks & it was tasty. Tasted like garlic butter & the focaccia was nice to soak up all the flavours. Resto is a little tight & squishy so sitting on the terrasse was nice.
We were looking for a place to have some drinks, & found this place. It's a very interesting restaurant. We ordered the beef tartare, whelks, & oysters. They were all good, especially the whelks, which were surprisingly delicious. The cocktails were also nice. Highly recommended to try it out.
Nous sommes aller au Majestique plusieurs fois depuis nombreuses années & malheureusement le weekend dernier n'était pas à la hauteur. Nous y sommes allés jeudi, samedi & dimanche en petit groupe (aucun autre endroit d'ouvert tard par rapport à où nous logions donc malgré que nous n'avions pas envie d'y retourner nous y sommes tout de même retourné ). Le service était pitoyable; les serveurs/serveuses n'avaient pas envie d'être là à l'exception de Max le jeudi qui était 10/10 & que les autres devaient apprendre de lui! La nourriture était toutefois excellente comme toujours.

Nous y sommes allés car c'est le seul resto où la cuisine est ouverte jusqu'à 2:00 am le samedi soir. Superbe ambiance, table audacieuse & savoureuse & service agréable. On sent le travail d'équipe pour faire plaisir.
Waited forever for a menu, then taking the order. At some point, the person who seemed to be the manager (short, stocky, bald guy wearing a luau who sat at the bar & drank with his friends) stood on top of the bar & popped open a magnum of champagne to celebrate the departure of one of the staff. He shook the bottle before he popped it open & completely covered me in champagne. (my face was dripping, clothes totally drenched). A girl close to me was also doused in champagne got comped a glass but I was sitting there completely drenched, completely embarrassed, reaching for napkins to pat myself down & did not receive an apology or acknowledgement of what just happened though I informed staff of what happened. I have been a client of the Holder restaurants/bars for years but I am definitely never going back to this one. This is not what I have grown accustomed to at their otherwise reputable establishments. Just got home & can't believe what just happened to me.
52 $ (taxes & pourboire inclus) pour un hot dog & 2 verres de vin, c'est cher payé. « oui mais Marie-Claude Lortie a dit que c'était bon & que le pain hot dog est préparé sur mesure, à l'échelle, par la boulangerie Hof Kelsten ? » Bid deal ! Nest time ce sera du Lafleur à 2,99 avec une bière à la brasserie Cherrier, avec du monde « simple »
À première vue, rien dans le menu ne m’attirait. Après une très bonne description par le serveur, nous avons choisi la crème de topinambour qui a été d’un délice inouï, le bacon à la Gustav qui a été une très belle surprise finalement le feuilleté au boeuf braiser & la salade de Quinoa qui ont été a la hauteur des attentes. Bref, j’ai été agréablement surpris de la qualité & de l’équilibre des saveurs dans les plats. L’atmosphère est très festive & nous avons reçu un très bon service. Une place a retournée, surtout que sa cuisine est ouverte jusqu’à 2h am. Seul bémol, le choix de vin au verre, seulement 4 choix dans le rouge & a mon gout, les vins étaient tous très ordinaire.
