The staff itself has serious professional skill problems. Multiple times we had contacted them about their location & multiple times they just straight up didn't give a shit. Not only did they not greet us properly, they took our orders like we were annoying them when we had been there not even 10mins. Completely understood the food wait time but they didn't try very hard. I got chips & salsa 35mins after I ordered them. The hamburger was clearly a low quality frozen patty, same for the mozzarella sticks. 3/6 of the waiters were actually nice. 2 ladies & a man with glasses that was working the bar most of the time, save your money. Bring your own games to a bar across the street & have a good time there. OH & that's with a RESERVATION.

Had a fantastic time here. Loved the place, the games, plus their drinks & food were excellent. Definitely we will going back to it.

Such a cozy space, feels like family game night at home! Very friendly service & delicious food, the brie & nachos are a must! We will certainly be coming back.

Weather you are with a big group of friends, or just 2 on a date night, this place is perfect! Tons of board games to play & purchase. Great pub food menu & an amazing & never ending collection of beers. I will definitely be back, especially in the summer with the terrace that sits over 80 people. LE JOKER is the coolest place I've been in a while!
