Awesome ice cream & sorbet flavors. The Carasel de mer is salted caramel with pecans. Yummy! Will have to go back for its mango sorbet as I heard good things about it.

Franchement déçu.. j'avais entendu de très bon échos de ce glacier. Malheureusement ce n'est pas très bon.. le parfum Pistache est vraiment mauvais.. nous étions 5, nous avons pris 10 parfums différents, malheureusement les 10 n'étaient vraiment pas fameux. Dommage..

Cliente du Bilboquet depuis les années 90. Leur bombe à la framboise m'a accompagnée tout le long de mon enfance. Je suis contente que malgré les changements de propriétaires la qualité & les produits phares sont toujours présents. Je vous encourage à les découvrir où les redecouvrir. 5 étoiles

How unfortunate that Le Bilboquet is nothing like it used to be when we were young. The maple toffee ice cream-which used to be out of this world-has sadly lost its magic. It used to have huge, satisfying chunks of toffee, but now it's just syrup, & there's barely any to speak of. To add to the disappointment, the decor inside has changed drastically-it feels cold & uninviting, a far cry from the cozy charm it once had. Truly a letdown for those of us who grew up loving this place.
