J'aime beaucoup le bilboquet & leur crème glacée est délicieuse mais c'est triste qu'il n'y ait plus de cartes de fidélité pour les clients réguliers :(
Ça fait plusieurs mois qu'ils disent qu'ils vont en recevoir mais à chaque fois c'est la même histoire …

Bien que les crèmes glacées soient d'excellente qualité, l'expérience globale est malheureusement ternie par le service à la clientèle. Le personnel semble manquer d'enthousiasme & l'accueil est froid, sans le moindre sourire. De plus, à deux reprises, on nous a refusé la préparation de crêpes sous prétexte d'une trop forte affluence. C'est vraiment regrettable pour un petit commerce de quartier, où l'on s'attend naturellement à retrouver plus de convivialité.

The staff were very kind, & the other flavours were quite nice. Unfortunately, the pistachio was a little disappointing, as it had a slightly artificial, syrup-like taste that reminded me of cough medicine. I probably wouldn't choose that flavour again.

Ice creams were too small 🤪 very big & tasty ice creams, choco noisette our personal favourite. We didn't really like the milkshakes but the ice cream is to die for & the opening hours are great.
