Milkshake is more milk than Ice cream. I asked if they could add more ice cream & it came back with the same ratio. $9 cup of milk :/ Another time in winter I went close to close, & they allowed me to wait in line all the way until I got to the front only to tell me they were closed once I got to the counter with still 10 minutes left before close. The store was quiet & I was the last person in line at that point. I don't know why they didn't say something before letting me wait in line, they saw me come in & had plenty of time to tell me. Do the managers not pay them to clean up after close? One of the orange sorbets tastes like the orange concentrate from the can at the grocery store. I think this shows they aren't skimping on flavor for this one but it is really hard to eat. I've tried the vegan ice cream flavors & they are decent but often they run out without marking it on the board. Unfortunate after waiting in a long line for a flavor that isn't there. Too many bad experiences for the price. I won't be coming back at this point.

La crème est sincèrement pas très bonne. Ça ne goute pas du tout le Gelato mais plus la crème diluée à l'eau. L'ambiance & le service sont supers mais je ne comprends pas la réputation.

When i saw the price i said that's expensive but when i tried the ice cream i said that's really cheap for all of that The service was so good with a big smile they work. All of them are so lovely & the shop is so cute

Une des meilleures crèmes glacées en ville! Meme si c'est toujours très fréquenté, le service reste courtois & la quantité est correcte. La qualité est vraiment top, leur réputation n'est plus a faire. Le gros plus, c'est la zone piétonne & les nombreuses places ou s'assoir pour déguster sa crème glacée. En solo ou en famille, je recommande absolument!

A must-stop every time I go to Montreal. The ice creams & the sorbets are excellent, & soooo many flavours to choose from! The shop itself is super-cute, with a decent amount of outside seating so you can sit down & enjoy. On nice days there's usually a line up, but it moves quickly. Today's choices were a rich & fudgy 50% chocolate ice cream & a very refreshing pear sorbet. Perfection.

Ce fut une merveilleuse expérience de découvrir cette crémerie qui est censé être l'une des plus vieilles de Montréal .les recettes de crème glacée sont originales & l'ambiance est typique ce fut un bon moment en famille.

Je viens souvent à cet endroit. D'habitude c'est bondé & la crème glacée vaut la peine d'attendre en file. Aujourd'hui j'ai été très déçue par la crème glacée . Nous étions 4 & ce n'était pas frais. L'endroit a besoin d'un peu de rénovation & de nettoyage. Ça ne sentait pas bon du tout. Par contre la personne qui nous a servi était d'une gentillesse extrême & l'a fait avec un sourire.

Good flavours & service. They have ice cream o fruit flavours. You don't feel that the ice cream is extra sweet. I love it

You can go inside & even buy some ice cream to bring home
