Review Summary

Le Glacier Bilboquet is widely celebrated as a staple Montreal institution known for its high quality, artisanal ice creams and diverse selection of refreshing sorbets. Many visitors appreciate the welcoming atmosphere of the pedestrian-friendly street, making it a perfect spot for families and relaxation during the summer months. While the majority of patrons praise the attentive service and delicious flavor profiles, some recent reviews note concerns regarding declining standards, freezer-burned products, and limited operating hours. Despite mixed opinions on pricing and consistency, the establishment remains a popular destination for those seeking a sweet treat in a charming neighborhood setting.
