Nous avons été à ce restaurant pour un souper du mois d'août (vendredi soir). Le personnel est hyper gentil & accueillant! Par contre, c'est très bruyant (difficile de se jaser) & il faisait très chaud. La nourriture était bonne sans être extraordinairement non plus.

Mon partenaire & moi avons été accueillis par une jeune femme très gentille & souriante qui nous a amenés à notre table. Cela a ensuite pris environ 10-15 minutes avant que notre serveuse vienne finalement nous saluer. Tout au courant de la soirée, cette même serveuse n'est pas venue vérifier une seule fois si tout allait bien. Elle prenait tout de même le temps de parler & de rire avec les quatre tables autour de nous. Nous avions vraiment l'impression d'être laissés de côté. À la fin du repas, nous avons même dû attirer nous-mêmes son attention pour lui demander la facture. Je suis normalement assez indulgente sur la qualité d'un service, puisque je sais que certaines choses sont hors du contrôle de la serveuse. Par contre, je ne me suis jamais sentie autant ignorée dans un restaurant. Nous sommes allés au Fellini pour vivre une belle expérience, mais nous en sommes malheureusement ressortis extrêmement déçus.
