I recently visited this restaurant with my friends, & overall, the food was quite average. The raita had a very watery consistency, which was disappointing, & the naan bread was thicker than usual. The pricing also felt a bit high compared to the portion sizes. The dahi batata puri, in particular, was not enjoyable-it lacked flavor, & the potatoes in it even seemed off. The Manchurian was just okay, & the dal was fairly decent, but nothing stood out enough to make me want to order again, although service was good.

Chaska is such a cozy spot! Went with two friends, the food was full of flavor, the server was super patient, & the furniture/decoration make it really comfortable. Definitely coming back.

Le Chaska is a refreshing new addition serving authentic Indian cuisine with a surprisingly wide variety of options. The food is flavorful, the ambiance welcoming, & what truly makes the experience stand out is the genuine hospitality.
During our visit, the staff went above & beyond to make us feel at home. Even when the Manchow soup wasn't quite right, Chef Varun personally came out, replaced it, & humbly took our feedback while comparing it to the Mumbai-style version. That kind of sincerity & openness is rare to see.
Special thanks to Amitoj & Varun for making our evening truly memorable. Amitoj's thoughtful gesture of arranging apple juice for my little one really touched us-5 stars to you, brother, for that sweet act of kindness.
Overall, Le Chaska is a must-visit spot for anyone craving delicious Indian food with warm & genuine service. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Very good & delicious food. Excellent service, they take care of your dietary concerns. This place is worth a visit & has potential to be one of the best Indian restaurants in town .They have so many varieties & not the usual fare like other restaurants. Their curries are not filled with sugar but are most flavourful taking me back to India. Their volcano dessert was the bomb. Will

I recently visited Le Chaska in downtown Montreal, & honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in the city lately!
The vibe is fun, colorful, & welcoming - perfect for catching up with friends, casual dinners, or even just treating yourself to something different. The staff were super friendly & made great recommendations.
Now let's talk about the food. I ordered the Mal Puya & chicken wings, paired with one of their spicy cocktails - everything was absolutely delicious.
The Mal Puya deserves a special shoutout. It's a sweet dish that you won't find anywhere else in Montreal - it's exclusive to Le Chaska. Rich, comforting, & full of authentic flavor, it's unlike any dessert I've had before. A must-try if you visit!
The chicken wings were crispy, juicy, & just the right amount of spicy - they went perfectly with the drink. Speaking of which, their cocktail menu is impressive, with a wide variety of options from sweet to spicy. I loved the bold flavors in the spicy cocktail I tried - super refreshing & well-balanced.
Overall, the food was flavorful, the drinks were creative, & the service was excellent. If you're looking for something unique & satisfying in the heart of Montreal, Le Chaska is a hidden gem you'll definitely want to come back to.
