We ordered a Veggie Delight pizza at 11:30 & were told it would take 20-25 minutes. We arrived at 11:57, were asked to wait another 15 minutes, & finally received it at 12:15-about a 45-minute wait. I even have my call history, yet the owner argued with me & said their cameras proved I was wrong.
The pizza was a huge disappointment. The edges were burnt, the dough was completely raw & hadn't risen properly (probably Frozen), & for a'Veggie Delight,' there were barely any vegetables 😂. The paneer smelled stale, & despite being hungry after arriving late in Montreal, we couldn't eat more than a bite & went to bed hungry. Paying $32 for a medium pizza like this was extremely disappointing.
Replying about the dips as the owner mentioned in the comment below. we specifically asked for two garlic dips while ordering over the phone & were even asked which flavour we wanted. When we arrived, the owner called one dip'complimentary'. But i was already expecting two of them & obviously was ready to pay for them. I thought you forgot so, i asked for another one. Sir!
What made it worse was the owner's rude response. Instead of accepting honest feedback, we were accused of making up stories. They also said they had never received complaints about their pizza, even though there are other pizza-related complaints on their profile. I hope they improve both their food quality & customer service.
This restaurant is neither very good nor very bad - it's just an average place.
The food was tasty & fresh, so I don't have any major complaints about the quality of the food. However, I felt that the portion sizes were quite small compared to the prices, so I didn't feel that the food offered good value for the money.
The atmosphere was also not comfortable at all. There was very loud music playing, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal & negatively affected our overall dining experience. On top of that, the service was quite slow, & we had to wait a long time.
Overall, because of the small portions for the price, loud & uncomfortable atmosphere, & slow service, I wouldn't consider this a great restaurant. It's an average place with good-tasting, fresh food, but there are several things that could be improved.
My second visit to Le Chaska was a mixed experience, though the decent service saved the day.
The Chicken 65 was initially served as a wet gravy with an off taste, but our server, Muskan, was wonderful, she had the chef make a fresh, proper batch. The Dahi Puri & Chana Batura were good enough, & the Masala Chai was great. Portion sizes, plating, & overall quality were good, bringing the food to a 3/5.
However, the real standout was Muskan. Her attentiveness, great recommendations, & professionalism easily earn the service a 4.5/5.
While I'm unsure about returning after two so-so visits, Muskan strongly recommended their Indian pizzas, so I might give it one more shot!

We had a great time here! The food quality was excellent, & the chole bhature was incredible-easily one of the highlights of our meal. A big thank you to KHUSH for the wonderful service & for making our visit so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
Visited Le Chaska & The Great Thing we found they started providing the parking to their customers. As we all know it's very difficult to find parking in downtown Montreal. I have never seen anywhere how they really take care of their customers. Le Chaska Team provided us free parking as we reserved the table in advance for 6 people.
Again this was my 7th visit at Le Chaska the same love & the best hospitality received from the staff. Best Indian food in Montreal with the same quality & authentic flavors of India. Today 5th times we visited Le Chaska Montreal with my family & found the same taste, fresh food & the most important thing I have found is consistency at this Indian restaurant in Montreal & never seen in any other Indian restaurant in Montreal in last 15 years. My family loves this place & the staff is very friendly & caring. I would say that This is the best Indian Restaurant in Montreal. 10/10 for Le Chaska. Today on new year eve I went with my friends for the dinner & again we all are really satisfied with their hospitality & top class service. We order multiple items from the menu & the interesting was each single dish has their own story & really enjoyed the food & drinks were complimentary served by the staff because of New Year special offer. Today, we ordered Amritsari kulcha 10/10 , Chana Bhatura my favourite 10/10, their desi Chaska special pizza one of the best pizza in the area of Montreal 10/10, paneer Methi malai with huge naan straight came from tandoor very fresh & soft 10/10. We wrapped up our dinner with famous Indian dessert Malpua with Rabri which was suggested by Rashi 10/10. We all really loved it 🥰 & I also ordered Malpua Rabri dessert for the takeout as well for my mother. Le Chaska team made our new year eve more special. Thank you guys & Happy new year to the whole team & will definitely come back. The Best Dine-in Indian restaurant in the city with real Desi flavours & quality of food with their amazing service. I had an incredible dining experience at Indian Restaurant Le Chaska in Montreal Downtown. I went with my family & we reserved table for 8 people. When we visited the place feel like we're transported to India with old architecture design & beautiful ambiance. The food is truly authentic; I loved the Butter Chicken was rich & creamy, & the Garlic Naan was perfectly crisp. Chaska Special Naan found unique & huge in size it's garnished with beets, green chilli coriander, etc. Live brick oven old style pizza like an Italian style which is very authentic. They use high-quality, fresh ingredients & traditional spices. The Biryani was fragrant & seasoned to perfection. The best Indian restaurant in the area for anyone seeking genuine flavors & a great atmosphere. We ordered different kinds of meals from the menu appetizers & the main course everyone is satisfied with their food & services. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly & offered recommendations. Rashi & the other staff members took good care of us in a very professional manner & also helped us in parking our cars. Top notch hospitality. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in Montreal. The food was overwhelmingly salty, to the point where it was almost inedible. The butter naans arrived burnt, dry, & lacked the freshness you would expect from a reputable Indian restaurant. Every dish was disappointing & showed little attention to quality or preparation.
For the prices charged, the food quality was completely unacceptable. What should have been an enjoyable meal turned into a frustrating & wasteful experience. I left extremely disappointed & would not return or recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, well-prepared Indian food.
I visited Montreal for the vacation with my family & on the weekend found this beautiful Indian restaurant in Montreal. Their food was fresh, authentic Indian flavours, the butter chicken & garlic naan were outstanding. Portions were generous & the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. Service was warm & attentive from start to finish & also enjoyed live music during our visit at Le Chaska with amazing hospitality. The ambiance is cozy felt like india & perfect place for family dinners & casual outings with friends. If you're craving great Indian food in downtown Montreal, Le Chaska is the place to go.
