Visited montreal for the first time on the long weekend & went indian restaurant le chaska in downtown for the lunch with my friends. The restaurant is so beautifully indian designed & cozy ambiance. We ordered appetizers Amritsari fish, tandoori malai chaap, paneer tikka & craft drinks suggested by the staff lahori jeera, mango lassi, kala khata, spicy aam punch everything was on top & delicisious. We really enjoyed the food & drinks during our visit. The main course butter chicken & mutton rogan josh with fresh butter naan & garlic naans were amazing. We wrapped up our with Chaska Special Chai with dessert gulab jamun which made our lunch more special. The serving size is perfect & the quality is very good & hospitality. The staff is very caring & knowledgeable. Will definitely come back & found the hidden gem in Montreal. The best indian restaurant in Montreal. If you are indian food lovers this place must try & also got to know they have live music night on weekends. Very clean & hygienic place to dine-in. Highly recommended.

The best Indian restaurant in Montreal. I went there for the lunch & seriously very tasty food & the ambiance is so beautiful like an Indian architecture. I really enjoyed the food & vibes. The staff is very friendly & cooperative amazing hospitality. I loved the butter chicken & garlic naan is so fresh. Mango lassi is so delicious. Loved this place & definitely come back here at Le Chaska Montreal. They also have brick oven pizza & will try next time. I would highly recommend this place for dine in. The best restaurant
Had a great experience at Le Chaska Montreal! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with elegant decor & a warm vibe. The food was absolutely delicious & full of flavor. We especially loved the chaat appetizer, the rich curry with rice, & the fresh garlic naan. Everything tasted authentic & was presented very nicely. The portions were generous & the service was friendly & attentive throughout the meal. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants we've tried in Montreal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food & a great dining experience!

Just tried this place & wow-the food was absolutely delicious 🤤 The standout for me was the paneer tikka pizza 🍕 seriously so good. Perfect blend of flavors, super fresh, & cooked just right. Definitely coming back again!

Again second time visited Le Chaska last Saturday with my friends who came from Toronto & when entered we got surprised with the Live music, welcoming atmosphere felt like transported to India & the vibe of the restaurant is amazing everyone was enjoying their food with the soft live music. Ordered fish & chicken lollipops was so delicious. Main course ordered mutton rogan Josh & patiala chicken with garlic naan which was so fresh. It's the same taste & flavors. In the last we ordered dessert Malpua Rabri & Chaska special chai we really loved it & enjoyed with live performance & made our visit more special & memorable with their best hospitality. Again I would like to shout out for Le Chaska is the best Indian restaurant in Montreal.

Le Chaska was fantastic! The naan was incredible - fresh & perfectly flavoured. The Chicken Kalimirch & Paneer Methi were both bursting with flavour, & the Golgappa was a fun, tangy treat.
Our waitress Rashi was the cherry on top - warm, attentive, & gave fantastic recommendations. Authentic food, great hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

Today on new year eve I went with my friends for the dinner & again we all are really satisfied with their hospitality & top class service. We order multiple items from the menu & the interesting was each single dish has their own story & really enjoyed the food & drinks were complimentary served by the staff because of New Year special offer. Today, we ordered Amritsari kulcha 10/10 , Chana Bhatura my favourite 10/10, their desi Chaska special pizza one of the best pizza in the area of Montreal 10/10, paneer Methi malai with huge naan straight came from tandoor very fresh & soft 10/10. We wrapped up our dinner with famous Indian dessert Malpua with Rabri which was suggested by Rashi 10/10. We all really loved it 🥰 & I also ordered Malpua Rabri dessert for the takeout as well for my mother. Le Chaska team made our new year eve more special. When we visited the place feel like we're transported to India with old architecture design & beautiful ambiance. The food is truly authentic; I loved the Butter Chicken was rich & creamy, & the Garlic Naan was perfectly crisp. Chaska Special Naan found unique & huge in size it's garnished with beets, green chilli coriander, etc. Live brick oven old style pizza like an Italian style which is very authentic. They use high-quality, fresh ingredients & traditional spices. The Biryani was fragrant & seasoned to perfection. The best Indian restaurant in the area for anyone seeking genuine flavors & a great atmosphere. We ordered different kinds of meals from the menu appetizers & the main course everyone is satisfied with their food & services. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly & offered recommendations. Rashi & the other staff members took good care of us in a very professional manner & also helped us in parking our cars. Top notch hospitality. We drove 40 minutes after seeing your Instagram video of the malpura. We clearly mentioned that we came specially after watching the video & were excited to try the same malpura shown there.
There was a misunderstanding about the sizzler order. We asked if the bhoti kebab would come in a sizzler & were told yes, but instead seekh kebab came in a sizzler. When we questioned it, we were told it was'on the house,' yet it was later added to the bill.
The bread served with the salan was very hard & not fresh. We could barely eat one piece. Overall, the food was not something we could even pack to take home.
The biggest disappointment was the malpura. What we received was completely different from what was shown in the video. The rabdi was very watery, & the malpura was soaked inside the liquid. It did not look or taste like what was advertised. We clearly explained that we came after seeing the video & were expecting the same presentation & quality.
There was a female team member serving the food who was kind & willing to listen, & we appreciated her attitude. However, the person at the cash counter (who I believe may be the owner) kept arguing instead of listening to our concern. He said this is how they serve it & mentioned they were making a second batch. If a fresh batch was being prepared, we should have been asked if we wanted to wait. We would have happily waited because we came specially for the malpura shown online.
Customer feedback should be handled respectfully, especially when customers travel from far.
We ended up paying nearly $52 without properly enjoying the meal & had to stop somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing experience.
We hope the restaurant improves consistency between what is shown online & what is served, along with better customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Le Chaska. The food truly captures authentic Indian flavors with the perfect balance of spices. Every dish was fresh, aromatic, & full of taste-especially the curries & appetizers, which were absolutely delicious.
Yum!! Kind server, very helpful 😆 We had butter chicken & amritsari kulcha, plus garlic naan & special chai. Everything was tasty & filling! Everything is made fresh to order 😊 The music is nice, & we sat by the window & watched all the crazy parking jobs out on the snowy street ❄? Come try!!
I visited this restaurant with high expectations tor new year, but unfortunately it was a complete letdown. The food tasted stale & overly oily, as if it had been cooked in old oil & reheated. The rice was cold & lacked freshness, & the overall quality was far from authentic Indian cuisine.
For the prices they charge, this level of food & service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place & won't be returning.
I recently visited Laa Chaska Restaurant, & it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm & welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal with family or friends. The menu offers a wonderful variety of flavorful dishes, each prepared with great attention to taste & presentation. Every bite felt fresh & authentic, & the portion sizes were generous as well.
A special thanks to Varshaa, whose exceptional service made the visit even more memorable. She was attentive, friendly, & genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great dining experience. Her recommendations were spot-on, & she consistently checked in with a smile, making us feel truly valued as customers.
