Nous avons profité d'un bel après-midi d'automne pour s'y arrêter & avons opté pour la terrasse à l'arrière: endroit magnifique devant un lac avec les montagnes au loin. On pouvait voir jusqu'à Jay Peak. Décor inspirant, calme... Les hôtes d'une grande gentillesse & simplicité, avec le soucis de bien nous. faire connaître leur produit... J'ai été impressionnée par la qualité & la finesse des vins présentés. Nous sommes partis avec 5 bouteilles & ce ne sont certainement pas mes dernières. Il faut absolument s'y arrêter si vous passez dans le coin.
Une superbe expérience, nous y sommes allés pour un brunch & c'était excellent. Le décor est superbe & le service parfait. Il y a un buffet froid salé sucré où tout le monde pourra se régaler (gravlax, paté, charcuterie, mousse, panacota…etc) & un plateau servi à la table (gigot, canard, bacon, patates…). Un très beau moment, je le conseille sans hésiter.
Nous allons à ce resto plus d'une fois par année & c'est toujours très agréable. Le décor est magnifique, l'atmosphère est chaleureux, le service est excellent & la nourriture est très bonne avec une présentation originale pour chaque plat. C'est toujours un grand plaisir !

La présentation & saveur des divers plats étaient originales & excellentes. L'accord met & vin est un atout. Le service fût impeccable. Le décor est reposant & l'ambiance feutré. Tout pour y retourner.

Le menu est original & la qualité de la nourriture excellente.

Ambiance: quelques fleurs, au moins une, auraient pu décorer chaque table . Après tout, c'est le printemps !
