What an incredible evening! Amazing food, delicacies that will please not only your stomach but also your heart. The waiters are "aux petits soins". I fell in love with the risotto & the bouchées à l'érable. Once in a lifetime experience !
Très belle soirée passée au Carré. Service impeccable, attentionné & discret. Mention spéciale à notre serveur Eloi qui nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Plats succulents & originaux. On a adoré les entrées de brocolis brûlés, chou-fleurs frits & le tartare de wagyu. Mention spéciale au Thon à l'encre de seiche & à l'espadon grillé. Le tout accompagné de très bons vins au verre. La crème brûlée flambée a magnifiquement clos notre dîner. À recommander & y retourner car la carte est fournie & donne envie d'essayer d'autres plats & combinaisons.
Première fois au restaurant le carré & certainement pas la dernière... Un joli restaurant, avec un service irréprochable. J'ai passé un excellent moment, les plats étaient légers, raffinés, un sans faute, un grand merci au serveur Eloi très attentif & surtout aux petits soins! L'accueil est chaleureux & le personnel est souriant & très agréable . Je recommande fortement !!
Restaurant intime, service exceptionnel du serveur & des employés du bar. Belle présentation des assiettes & chaque plat est délicieux ! Les prix sont très raisonnables pour la qualité des plats servis. Resto à essayer absolument ! Je le recommande fortement, il est dans mes coup de coeur !

Bravo excellent restaurant, service impeccable & nourriture parfaite Petit restaurant, c'est exactement ce que j'aime, pas bruyant & très bon plats & le dessert ..... 😋
Nous avons récemment célébré la fête de mon amie dans ce restaurant, & l'expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Le service était impeccable, avec des serveurs attentifs & à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ils ont vraiment pris soin de nous pendant toute la soirée, ce qui a contribué à rendre la fête mémorable. Un endroit que je recommande vivement pour une soirée réussie! 😊 La nourriture était excellente 💯 & que dire de leurs desserts? Chaque bouchée était une explosion de saveurs délicieuses & une véritable oeuvre d'art sucrée.

I've been in Montreal for work for over 3 weeks staying at Le Phillips Sqaure & I've had the pleasure of having dinner at Le Carré many times. The food, service & drinks have been amazing! Matthew, James, Gaston, Marc & Alex were all welcoming, friendly & very good at what they do. A special shout out to the kitchen staff for the food! It doesn't disappoint.
Wow, what an experience! I had the great fortune to attend a private dinner here & it was absolutely fantastic! They welcomed us with open arms & catered to our special requests. Jeff, the bartender, is creative & skilled -- I recommend giving the cocktail menu a try. The food was impeccable, from plating to taste, from apps to dessert -- every bite was a burst of flavor. Service was top notch, this group is at the top of their game. Try the smoked salmon, the cod, the chicken, & the coconut pannacotta. An absolute must on any dining list!!
Dîner avec groupe de 15 personnes un soir de semaine. Service rapide & super efficace, 15 personnes heureuses c'est rare! Certains plats étaient un peu moins bien réussi, en particulier au niveau de la cuisson, mais les saveurs étaient présentes. Bonne ambiance & pas trop bruyant même si plein donc on peut discuter!

Amazing food, service, & atmosphere is what you can expect from Le Carre. A great selection of appetizers, mains & desserts. The service is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be going back to Le Carre next time I visit Montreal. I highly recommend to everyone.
This restaurant is excellent in every way! Food is amazing & ambience is wonderful! Service is top notch with James helping & recommending great choices!! We will definitely 👍🏼 come back!
Alex is an amazing host who was able to arrange a last minute reservation for our group of 4 by going above & beyond. The most surprisingly positive interaction with a restaurant by phone I’ve ever had the pleasure of having.
Main courses were all spectacular (swordfish, wagyu burger, & salmon tartare), & so was the crème brulée. Maybe the appetizer we had was the weakest link: would not recommend the charred broccoli as it was just ok.
