Nous avons récemment célébré la fête de mon amie dans ce restaurant, & l'expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Le service était impeccable, avec des serveurs attentifs & à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ils ont vraiment pris soin de nous pendant toute la soirée, ce qui a contribué à rendre la fête mémorable. I've been in Montreal for work for over 3 weeks staying at Le Phillips Sqaure & I've had the pleasure of having dinner at Le Carré many times. The food, service & drinks have been amazing! Matthew, James, Gaston, Marc & Alex were all welcoming, friendly & very good at what they do. A special shout out to the kitchen staff for the food! It doesn't disappoint.
Wow, what an experience! I had the great fortune to attend a private dinner here & it was absolutely fantastic! They welcomed us with open arms & catered to our special requests. Jeff, the bartender, is creative & skilled -- I recommend giving the cocktail menu a try. The food was impeccable, from plating to taste, from apps to dessert -- every bite was a burst of flavor. Service was top notch, this group is at the top of their game. Try the smoked salmon, the cod, the chicken, & the coconut pannacotta. An absolute must on any dining list!!
Dîner avec groupe de 15 personnes un soir de semaine. Service rapide & super efficace, 15 personnes heureuses c'est rare! Certains plats étaient un peu moins bien réussi, en particulier au niveau de la cuisson, mais les saveurs étaient présentes. Bonne ambiance & pas trop bruyant même si plein donc on peut discuter!
Amazing food, service, & atmosphere is what you can expect from Le Carre. A great selection of appetizers, mains & desserts. The service is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be going back to Le Carre next time I visit Montreal. I highly recommend to everyone.

Alex is an amazing host who was able to arrange a last minute reservation for our group of 4 by going above & beyond. The most surprisingly positive interaction with a restaurant by phone I’ve ever had the pleasure of having.
Main courses were all spectacular (swordfish, wagyu burger, & salmon tartare), & so was the crème brulée. Maybe the appetizer we had was the weakest link: would not recommend the charred broccoli as it was just ok.

J’ai passé une super soirée gourmande dans ce restaurant.
J’ai dégusté un excellent choux fleur frit en entrée, des pâtes fraîches au confit de canard ( juste exceptionnel) & en dessert un tiramisu revisité.
Personnel très sympa & à l’écoute.
Petit point négatif le restaurant est très bruyant car assez exiguë.

Großartiges Essen, tolles Ambiente und tolle Mitarbeiter. Der dekomposierte griechische Salat war genauso ein Hammer wie der Wagyu Burger. Aber dass ich über den Atlantik fliegen musste um die beste Crème brûlée ever zu essen, setzte dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Gratulation an die Inhaberfamilie, die am Abend selbst im Service war und natürlich auch an den Koch!

Great experience overall! The staff was extremely friendly & the ambiance is very welcoming & cozy. The dishes were delicious with a beautiful presentation. The quality & tastes of everything was outstanding from the entrees down to the desserts. Highly recommend, & I plan to return soon! Well done!
