Nous avons eu une incroyable expérience dans ce restaurant. Notre serveur, Jean-François, a su nous offrir des suggestions qui dépassaient nos attentes! C'était un endroit parfait pour fêter les 4 ans avec ma copine. Je recommande fortement!

Souper & spectacle à la place des arts en marche rapide 10 min du resto.Tres belle découverte ce restaurant qui a su s,adapter à notre demande de repas végane & végétarien.Mention pour le risotto,la salade de tomates, les pâtes originales.Je recommande le menu dégustation.Le chef nous laisse découvrir sa créativité dans l'assiette & c'est beau à voir! Essayez le vin blanc trebbiano d'abruzzo fronteamonte exquis ! Le service est sans prétention & vraiment aimable.J'ai pu observer beaucoup d'entraide entre les serveurs.
Very cozy & contemporary ambiance, making perfect for a date or happy hour spot. The staff is super kind & accommodating. The food is also out of this world, everything from the bread & butter down to the dessert. Must try!
The most wonderful meal! Popped in without a reservation ( highly recommend making one) but luckily they accommodated us at the bar where Jean Francois ( Jeff) took good care of us & we watched the chef & kitchen create mouth watering meals, exquisitely presented. The hanger steak was like butter & my muddled raspberry mojito refreshing. Chef even gave us the salad dressing recipe - thank you 💗. Can't wait to return.
De passage à Montréal, je suis allé au Le Carré à l'invitation d'une amie dans savoir que je m'embarquais dans une véritable expérience culinaire. Tout y était exquis à commencer par l'entrée d'Halloumi & les calmars grillés. Le burger de Wagyu était parfaitement sublimé par la moutarde fumée. Le tartare de thon était relevé à souhait & que dire de la croustille frite qui accompagnait le tout. La sauce ponzu mariait parfaitement le tout. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de manger un dessert, mais ceux que j'ai eu l'occasion de voir paraissaient délicieux! Le mojito Le Carré était aussi surprenant qu'exceptionnel! À essayer!

For our Valentine's dinner, we chose this restaurant, & while the experience was decent overall, it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional. The food, including pasta, salad, & wagyu carpaccio, was satisfactory, but none stood out as truly exceptional. You won't be disappointed, but you won't be wowed either. However, considering the reasonable prices for the quality of food served, it's still worth a visit.
A great restaurant! The service was extraordinary & the staff very kind. We spent a lovely evening, enjoying our drinks & food! Would definitely recommend!

Overall excellent experience. After a while since I've been to this restaurant, although I dont recall the specifics of the food aside from being good, I think the highlight for us was the decor in this restaurant. Perfect combination of colours, between royal greens on the walls, unique whites of the dishes, warm glow of lightbulbs, weightiness of the cutlery, & the many large decorative plants created a fond lasting memory.
Delicious food served in a cozy & chic atmosphere. The service was impeccable, fast & professional. My partner loved his cocktail. Definitely recommend the place ! We had wagyu carpaccio & cauliflower for starters, duck & swordfish for main, & the crème brûlée was surprisingly tasty.
Nous venons de terminer un délicieux moment à ce resto. Le service est super, il mérite infailliblement les 5 étoiles. Ils sont vraiment super! Nous avons apprécié les plats, l'ambiance & surtout le professionnalisme & le dévouement des serveurs, l'audace & l'originalité des chefs! On reviendra avec plaisir. Mathieu est discret mais oh combien serviable & gentil! Merci à chacun & à Éloi particulièrement.

Sa dextérité à manier les plateaux équivaut à une danse gracieuse, tout en gardant un sourire contagieux. Une mention spéciale s'impose également pour l'équipe en cuisine, où l'art culinaire atteint des sommets grâce aux talents de Joey, Alex & Cam. Le trio magique en cuisine complète parfaitement l'expérience inoubliable qu'offre Le Carré.
