Our work had a holiday party at Bar Le Bureau, & I couldn't be more impressed! They were so accommodating the entire evening, serving up delicious cocktails & some really cool tapas fare that everyone loved. The decor inside is absolutely stunning, & the staff were incredibly friendly & attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat-highly recommend it for any event or a night out!View more

I recently visited Bureau & had an unfortunate accident where I accidentally broke my glass & spilled my drink. The staff was incredibly understanding & immediately offered me a replacement, no questions asked. Their kindness & quick response turned a potentially embarrassing moment into a positive experience. Une expérience mémorable, je vous jure que je vais me rappeler de ne plus jamais mettre les pieds dans ce restaurent. Les tapas sont corrects, pas très savoureux. Les prix sont corrects pour un resto de tapas mais pour la qualité de la nouriture servie c'est hors de prix croyez moi. Mais le pire c'est le service. Non seulement le serveur était désagréable (nous avions l'impression de le déranger) mais le service était très lent alors que nous étions seulement la seule table & il était 18:00 rien d'exceptionnel. Nous avons dû refaire la facture à trois reprises car le personnel a fait erreurs par dessus erreurs & ce, pour tout le groupe. Je peux comprendre qu'un resto de tapas ajoute une certaine complexité car les commandes se font tout au long de la soirée mais si vous n'êtes pas préparés à assumer ce fait n'ouvrez pas un restaurent de tapas. Après 3 reprises, le serveur me donne le terminal pour payer prend bien soin de mettre le terminal directement au pourboire. Je n'ai malheureusement pas vérifier avant d'autoriser la transaction. Résultat 96 $ pour 7 tapas, une bière & 2 San Pelligrino. Vous voulez payer trop cher pour un repas ordinaire avec un service plus que médiocre & une surcharge bien envoyée? Allez-y sinon je vous recommende fortement de passer votre chemin.
