"Our dinners were delicious — it's why we came! Loved having some traditional Quebec dishes. But a huge plus was our lovely server. She said she was new, but she was exceptionally skilled and very attuned to us. Altogether, it was a great experience. (We were traveling through, btw, and are not local.)"
