En plus j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer un de mes candidats préférés de top chef ainsi que toutes les staff avec une visite de la cuisine.
Nous avons eu la chance d'essayer le menu dégustation qui n'était pas des choses que j'aurai mangé habituellement car je n'aime pas les fruits de mer & pourtant j'ai toute apprécié. Le tartare de biche, la bisque de homard, l'anguille fumée, le pétoncle & du phoque. Une expérience que je n'oublierai jamais. Merci au staff qui on rendu notre expérience de toute beauté.
J'ai apprécié l'accueil, le service, la cuisine & le cadre (avec la situation à Montréal).
L'accort mets & vins était vraiment très bien.
C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

The menu is not extensive but what they have available is to die for. I tried the sirloin with a cabernet & the thousand -layers pastry for dessert & it was phenomenal.
At breakfast , I waited at least 10 minutes to be seated & then was shown to a table with crumbs (food refuse) directly on the floor in front of table. (Photo attached) if I could see it , the hostess/waitress definitely could see it.
At lunch , with three guests, I ordered a very good Sancerre wine, which after the first glass, it was left in a ice bucket beside table. Our server never came back to refill glasses ; my guest refilled our glasses. When serving our main course , I was left without a fork & had to flag waitress for a fork. As well we had to ask midway through meal for bread.
My plate of halibut with polenta , had a slick of oil on rim of bowl/plate.
Otherwise the conversation at the table was lively , & overall I liked the ambiance of hotel.
Pour fêter notre 7e anniversaire de couple, nous avons soupé à ce restaurant. Le service était impeccable; Emma nous a traité avec soins, son travail était exemplaire! Notre table était bien situé avec vue sur la ville. Nous avons commandé les huîtres; la soupe végétale; le poulpe grillé; les pétoncles poêlées; les tortellinis aux homards & le risotto pour finir avec un dessert au pain d'épice. Divin divin divin! Jordane, le sommelier, nous a recommandé un vin qui allait bien se marier avec les plats commandés; il a visé juste! Pour le désert, il nous a fait découvrir le Mistelle de poire gelées: wow! Clairement, cet homme est connaisseur, passionné par son métier. Emma & Jordane, merci d'avoir contribué à rendre notre soirée mémorable! 🤍

Fantastic ambiance in a beautifully designed space. Attentive & informed servers & management. Excellent food & wine options with culinary flare & a uniquely Québécois take on classic French fare. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed the experience, I don't often eat out at this caliber of restaurant but I had a great experience. Food was great & wine was 100% amazing. I was here for the menu extra collab ✌️

Great wine suggestion from the sommelier. Had the Arctic char as a main & it did not disappoint! Had the soup of the day - vegetarian & it was perfect on this snowy day to warm us up. Beef carpaccio was delicious too.
The chefs at this place definitely know how to cook! We visited a few places in Montreal that were ranked in Canada's top 100 restaurants however this place just blew them all away. The atmosphere was superb, it wasn't too busy or overcrowded, the food was amazing & the hospitality was incredible. Our server was extremely bubbly & even the host did an amazing job! The deer steak I definitely recommend! The sauce they use goes super well with the steak!
Was at Le Boulevardier's on New Year's Eve. The 6-course meal was varied between fish & meat. We did not choose the wine pairing option but the sommelier came up with very good options. We would have liked the live music to begin before 10 PM though. If you are there for dinner at 7:00 PM, you are not likely to be around to enjoy the music at 10.
Merveilleuse soirée du réveillon de la Saint Sylvestre dans un cadre somptueux & avec un service de grande qualité. Le repas en 6 services étaient excellents : sashimi, pétoncles, cromesquis de canard confit, carré de biche, flétan & pour finir dessert au chocolat ! Un seul bémol: l'orchestre. Heureusement il n'a débuté sa prestation qu'en fin de repas (le volume était assourdissant !!!). Très belle expérience.
