Notre expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Les plats étaient tous délicieux & très bien accompagnés par les recommandations du sommelier, le service est irréprochable & le tout dans un très beau cadre.

La lecture du menu est pénible car les caractères sont beaucoup trop petit.
Extremely disappointing experience. We opted for tasting menu with wine pairing. Portions were small & wine pours were even smaller. Some of the food was quite salty.We got served non alcoholic wine with one of the pairings. Cost was just under $600 for 2 people. Very poor value.

We had a lovely evening here. The staff were professional, attentive, & very kind, & the wine pairings were original & well chosen.
That said, the service was a bit slow-our five-course meal lasted over three & a half hours. The food was tasty & well prepared, though portions felt a little small & not particularly inventive.
Overall, it's a great spot, but the value fell just slightly short of expectations, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Host was very lost & said we could not seat outside, so we stayed at the bar but was a beautiful afternoon, then we asked one waiter & he said he we could come out.. conflicting messages but mostly from host. Once outside we had good but slow service. Not sure I would return after that experience.
I generally have a low opinion of hotel restaurants, but this one surprised me. Pretty much every dish was a knock-out. The staff was also accomodating, offering useful solutions to our dietary quirks.
The octopus on ricotta & the mushroom (!) dessert were both stand out dishes.
Très bon service. La nourriture était très bonne. Pas de grosse surprise. Le poisson était plus ordinaire que le filet mignon. Excellent tartare de boeuf. Il faisait vraiment très froid alors qu'il faisait beau & chaud dehors.
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, in the Le Germain Hotel. The lunch menu is short but varied & the $39 table d'hote is awesome. Never disappointed. Friendly staff, including a sommelier who is eager to please. Bon appetite 😋

My last night visiting Montreal, I didn't feel like overthinking where to go for dinner so I decided to stay in the comfort of my hotel after being impressed by the reviews for this place. I thought the food was of good quality, which is what matters most to me. The gentleman taking care of me behind the bar, who I assumed to be the manager, was very pleasant & hospitable. The dessert I had was heavenly. I would definitely return. Overall the experience was, magnifique!

Nous ne connaissions pas l'endroit mais avons été plus que ravi par notre choix.
Le cadre est chaleureux & offre une ambiante chic.
Le personnel qui nous a reçu était très à l'écoute & aux petits soins.
Pour finir les plats & desserts étaient délicieux.
