We spent 4 days eating around Montreal & this was our best meal. Don't let its hotel location put you off. The dining area is lovely & has a nice view. Our server was also very good. She was concerned that her English was not particularly good, but she spoke very well, & she provided great service. Overall we all enjoyed our entrées, & we would return to the Boulevard without hesitation. I had the beef & it was tender, flavorful & well prepared. We were impressed that the prices were very reasonable for a higher-end hotel restaurant.
Efficient friendly service when server pushed for conversation. Also, I was shocked when server said they didn't speak English, in a tourist hotel in downtown Mtl!!!!
We love French food. The wine pairing recommendations were spot on & bread perfect to start. The beef with fois gras was exceptional- perfect blend of flavors. Smoked fish & stuffed zucchini flowers yum! dessert of lemon meringue & pistachio parfait were the best we've ever had. Service was attentive & fun. Location is perfect. Calming & relaxing. Enjoy!

I am giving 4 stars only instead of 5 because I ordered scallops for appetizer at $24 & it was only 2 small ones. I found it "Cheap". However the taste was good. We had the Rabbit as main dish, it was outstanding. The service as well was great. Amelie was excellent, we enjoyed her service & conversations. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable. We did appreciate his kind assistance. We will be back!
