My wife had the Walleye which was excellent. I had the tenderloin, medium. I felt it was a little overcooked & under seasoned but not enough to complain about. Your experience may vary. The potatoes were awesome!

Le Boulevardier offers fusion dining experience, exceptional service, & great atmosphere... To those who are able find it on the second floor of the hotel. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly , & the service was attentive. We ordered a rabbit with foie gras & plums, & a risotto. Both dishes were full of flavors & looked wonderful. You can taste the essence of French & Italian cuisine. We couldn't leave without dessert - & both of them were fabulous, with an inventive & artistic mix of flavors & colors. Bravo!

Le plateau de fruits de mer Le Royal était tout simplement délicieux & parfait pour 2 personnes. Le choix des vins est vraiment intéressant, les conseils des sommeliers (Jordan & Nicolas) sont parfaits. Merci pour l'accueil!
Délicieux brunch & excellent service ! Rémi & Paul ont été aux petits soins avec nous, nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant ! Nous recommandons ce lieu :)

It was our first time dining in Le Boulevardier. We were very impressed with the quality of food. It is a place for foodies. The shredded rabbit, scallops & walleye fish were delicious. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend for romantic dinners & celebrations.
Carré d'agneau trop cuit Une serveuse a oublié de servir le plateau de fruits de mer avec les autres entrées. Il fut servit après le plat principal. Même chose pour le dessert, il fut servit longtemps après les cafés
We went to Le Boulevardier for a team dinner with a rather large group (~50 people). The food was amazing, everything came out at pretty much the same time, the choices for the different courses were excellent & the service was impeccable. Everyone in our group had a great time & I would highly recommend the place.
