This was our first time at this restaurant & we didn't had reservation but the personal took us anyway & found a table for us. Service was amazing, food was delicious & we will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Definitely we will be coming back....

Très belle endroit, On gate les enfants de sucre & on peux les envoyer jouer au parc d'amusement juxtaposé. Prévoyez une bonne sommes par contre. Service agréable, il y a eu une petite erreur sur notre commande, le personnel a corrigé & nous a laissé la crème glacé qui a été fait par d'erreur.
Toujours un endroit approprié pour les familles, amis ou les couples. Grande variété de dessert, pas juste de la crème glacée. La crème glacée est toujours bonne, je prend un enrobage caramel salé & c'est devenu un classique!! L'ambiance est vraiment belle, la décoration recherchée. Aussi, j'aime que ça soit ouvert jusqu'à 21h en semaine, très pratique.

I used to love coming here for their great selection of desserts, but I've noticed a decline in the service quality since it first opened. The staff now seems a bit lost & confused, & they don't really greet you like they used to.
the ice cream was not bad, but in order to get it you had to stand in line for 25 minutes (we were 3rd in line) the staff basically does not speak English to you. they don't say hello, nothing, food standards are not met, I didn't see anyone washing their hands (I work in the service sector & I know how it all should be) the first & last time I came to this establishment.

Wow quelle découverte! Nous sommes de Sherbrooke & avec des tiktoks j'ai trouver cette endroit! Ambiance 10/10 Décoration unique 10/10 Service super 10/10 Les prix juste wow 100/10 Le goûts, la diversité que dire de plus que 1000/10 je suis une bébite à sucre! J'ai vu des avis qu'ils disent déçue des prix mais c'est qu'il ne savent pas comment coûte chaque produit. Je vous garantie que pour les produits & préparation c'est pas trop cher! Trop bon trop beau! Il devrait y avoir un endroit comme ça à Sherbrooke !

The desserts were indeed very good, the employees spoke a bit of english so it was very nice of them. Despite de place being very cool & full of spaces to take pictures, the washroom was simply disgusting, I won't go into detail but to keep a store nice & clean, they should also check the washroom more often to keep the ENTIRE store clean.
Great concept if you like blue ice cream however there is a SEVERE lack of black ice cream which I found offensive & unnecessary to say the least. In a world where war & awful things persist it is made worse by not having black ice cream on the menu. My whole family was offended & outraged. A complaint has been filed to the Ministère De La Noirceur Du Québec & we are awaiting the outcome. My 6 year old child still screams in his sleep from the nightmares of this shop not having any black Ice Cream on the menu. We tried the blue ice cream & it was amazing but would have been better if it had been black.
