Un service absolument incroyable de la part de Sarah, qui a vraiment rendu notre visite à cette crèmerie tellement agréable! 🍦😊 Elle a pris le temps de nous faire d'excellentes suggestions pour toute la famille, toujours avec le sourire & beaucoup d'enthousiasme.
Les enfants ont évidemment choisi les classiques slushs aux bonbons, mais Sarah m'a fortement recommandé le Tornado au Nutella… & quelle bonne suggestion! C'était absolument décadent! 🤤🍫
Sarah & sa gentille collègue Lory ont préparé toute notre commande rapidement, avec le sourire, une belle énergie & beaucoup d'attention. Ça fait vraiment toute la différence quand on reçoit un service aussi chaleureux & personnalisé.

I went at 2:30 pm to buy a gift certificate. Zero clients in line in front or behind me.
2 employees at the cash did not know how to sell a gift certificate. They went to get a manager, Emilie, who said I had to wait 20 minutes to get served.
The employee then told her I was not able to wait that long & the manager said 10 minutes. First they said she was in an interview, then said she was dealing with another problem.
I was in the store for 15 minutes & decided to ask for the mangers name instead of waiting any longer for such bad service. This could have been taken care of in a 2 minutes, or maybe they could train their staff to actually serve clients.
