"I reserved in December 2023 a table for 4 for Feb 2024, yes months ahead of time. So we arrive on the date and time of our RESERVATION only to be told we have no table for your party of 4 but you can sit at the bar or at a window seat where our part of 4 couldn't even chat with one another. They don't get what a reservation means!"
