I went to L'Affaire est Chocolat today & absolutely loved the experience!

I had the hot chocolate (half chocolate / half milk), which was incredibly rich & creamy - honestly one of the best hot chocolates I've had in Montreal in my last 4 years. My partner had the goat cheese le Fermier, & it was delicious as well (I almost ate it all) probably one of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had! We finished with a sweet crepe that was also excellent.

The service was quick: we were served by a very friendly & efficient lady. We didn't eat on-site, but everything was prepared quickly & with care.

Definitely a place I highly recommend, & I'll absolutely be coming back soon! The prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of the food & drinks served.

Aujourd'hui samedi 10 janvier 10h15 belle découverte avec cette gentille demoiselle qui nous a servi! Super service ! Moi jai mangé la (crêpe forestière ) c'était super bon & mon mari (grill cheese le parisien) miamm nous avons pris le (plateau dégustation chocolat chaud !! )Tout était bon pour les papilles gustatives !! Je recommande cette endroit pour ce super service & la nourriture ! Bonne continuation 😊👌 ( cest dommage que vous ayiez pas plus de places pour recevoir des gens ... car ça vaut le détour!)

J'adore leur chocolat chaud & leur crème glacée l'été ! Rien que pour ça, ça mérite 5 étoiles.

J'ai toutefois retiré une étoile, car la plus grande lacune reste l'organisation & le service. Il y a rarement plus de trois employées sur place & elles sont honnêtement souvent débordées. Elles ont beaucoup de difficulté à servir à la fois les clients sur place & les commandes à emporter, & ça se ressent.

La salle à manger est très petite, les tables sont super collées. J'ajouterais un peu de musique pour créer plus d'intimité dans les conversations.

Je pense surtout qu'il faudrait repenser l'organisation du service. Il arrive d'attendre une dizaine de minutes pour une commande à emporter sans même qu'on nous dise bonjour.

Bref, si vous êtes pressé, ce n'est malheureusement pas l'endroit idéal !

J'ai demandé à google où était le meilleur chocolat chaud. J'ai eu cette suggestion & il ne sest pas trompé. Beaucoup d'options selon les goûts. Je suis allé avec la version de la maison & c'était un winner avec supplément chantilly & guimauve. Pas beaucoup de place pour s'assoir mais il y a un comptoir à la fenêtre idéal pour deux ou seul pour passer un moment avec soi même. Top je recommande.
