Food is not good whatsoever & crazy overpriced for a powder hot chocolate.
We paid 50 dollars for two hot chocolate & 2 sandwiches that were cold!
& not to mention the uninterested & dismissive staff when they charged me for an extra item that I didnt want & wanted a refund!
The pictures online are deceiving, everything is smaller than it appears. There's also no Christmas music, & the decorations are underwhelming, so the Christmas atmosphere is lacking.
It's very pretty but wasn't worth it at all for me. My friends & I went on a Saturday night in early December & waited 2h45 outside without any estimation on how long we would have to wait. The food & drinks were mediocre & everything is extremely overpriced. The service was okay but I expected a bit more after freezing outside for so long.

Longue attente. Trop cher pour la qualité des produits. 8$ pour un matcha fait il y a 3 jours. 11$ pour un smoothie fait avec de la poudre & pas des vrai fruits.
We waited about 45 minutes in line to get into the bar, which honestly wasn't a problem. we expected it & were excited to go. Once inside, though, the service sucked.
It took another 35-40 minutes before we were even able to place our drink order, & then an additional 10-15 minutes after that to actually receive our drinks. Altogether, we waited close to 50 minutes just for service.
When I politely asked our waitress if she thought our drinks would be coming out soon, she walked away & rolled her eyes. Shortly after, I could clearly hear her complaining about my comment to another waitress. If you're going to talk negatively about customers, at least make sure they can't hear you.
Unfortunately, there was absolutely no Christmas spirit in her attitude. I guess every Christmas bar has a Grinch.
Petit endroit très festif de Noël, il n'y a pas de réservation donc il faut prévoir le coup! Chocolat chaud à la guimauve spécial temps des fêtes est bon (un peu sucré, mais la guimauve & le chocolat sont un bel ajout). Le service est bien, poli & courtois!
Bref j'ai adoré mon chocolat chaud mais le service client de la serveuse m'a déplu, on avait l'impression de déranger & on lui parlait gentiment mais elle répondait d'un mauvais ton & même que toute la soirée avec nos potes on arrêtait pas d'en parler. On comprend que c'est difficile de travailler pdt les fêtes & que ça doit être fatiguant mais ça sert à rien d'agir comme ça & ça donne pas envie de revenir.
We were walking by & noticed this themed Christmas cafe, so we sat at the counter & got a smoothie & a coffee (both were just ok). After leaving I did some research & noticed that this place is quite viral online, & usually there's a huge line up & long wait to get inside. We didn't have to wait at all because it was earlier in the day I guess. I must say it really is just a tourist attraction.
Also a heads up, it seems most breakfast/ lunch options are only offered from a grab & go fridge. I was going to order a lox bagel but with all of the delicious warm fresh bagel places in Montreal, I refuse to eat a refrigerated bagel.
I get that it's cute & fun & festive, but their offerings aren't worth the wait if you get stuck in that lineup!
We waited approximately 40 minutes outside in the cold for a table seating for two. Once we were finally seated, the service experience was horrible.
We attempted to get the attention of a server who made direct eye contact with us & ignored us. We initially brushed it off. Shortly after, another server passed by, we asked if we could order, & she said'no problem.' She went to drop off food at another table & then walked past us again without acknowledging us, as if we were not there.
The final straw was when the first server who had already ignored us came directly to the bar guests sitting next to us to take their order, fully aware that we had been waiting. The guests beside us even told her that we were there first & should be served before them, yet she still chose to ignore us.
At that point, we decided to leave. What should have been a simple visit turned into a 1 hour & 30 minute waste of time. If taking an excessive amount of time & ignoring customers is the goal, they've mastered it !!
Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je l'aurais fait. Le service est lent, on nous oublie. Je demande à une serveuse si on peut commander, elle me dit oui & n'est jamais revenue nous voir. Nous avons attendu 40 minutes dans le froid pour avoir une place & nous n'avons même pas voulu rester tellement le service était mauvais. Il n'y a rien de spécial à cet endroit. La playlist n'est même pas une de Noël. Je vous le déconseille. Restez au chaud ailleurs.
