I order tacos here & they are good but doesn't taste authentic mexican..
They barely put any cilantro or other toppings & there most spicy sauce is super mild.
A newborn baby would eat that sauce & not cry.
Tacos are more or less meat wraps without the mexican touch.

I have been enjoying Chef Ernesto's cuisine & La Taqueria d'Hochelag for over ten years now! It had been some time since I visited & ate there, since I moved away, & it was just as delicious as ever! I brought my kiddo, & we had 4 Petits Tacos (carnitas & tinga), 2 tacos Dorados, a side order of rice, & tres leches for dessert. I also tried the Taqueria d'Hochelag specially brewed ale. Everything was so delicious, as it has always been! The restaurant was also looking so beautiful with colors, logo & art on the walls. Although I learned they have to move locations, I am looking forward to returning & enjoying their delicious cuisine! They are very consistently delicious, & I have always felt nourished & like the food is light & perfectly cooked (not greasy). My daughter also loves their food! We look forward to trying their selection of crepes. Buen provecho!
It was nice there, because their food was nice! I like the mini tacos, & the cake. The people were nice to me & made food the way I wanted (no onions on the tacos). I want to go back & try the crepes & desserts there. Thank you for the food! - ND (7 years old)
I came here for a little birthday supper. The service was good. The waitress was hospitable. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I ordered the al pastor tofu quesadilla. It was quite bad & the pineapple was missing :(. My partner had the pastor tacos & said that the meat was dry. Overall, I was disappointed-the atmosphere looked nice, & I was happy about the veggie option, but again, we left disappointed with the food.
L'attente est un peu longue mais c'est parce qu'ils sont trois au total, donc compréhensible. Le souper excellent. On étaient plein à la fin & la guacamole est juste délicieuse & rafraîchissante. Les prix par personne n'étaient pas au-dessus de 20$!
Meilleures quesadillas que je n'ai jamais mangé. Celles à la viande sont un délice. Le service est très rapide, tout le staff est agréable & serviable. Je recommande à 1000%. C'est une institution familiale & en plus le cuisinier fait des portraits personnalisés d'axolotl qui sont vraiment extras !
The tacos are filled with so much meat & taste amazing. If you order carne asada, it might be a bit dry but that really suits my personal taste. I love how the meat is very lean. Additionally, very reasonable prices & spacious dining area.
