Super restaurant pour les amateurs de soupe tonkinoise. Juste faire attention parce que c'est le poids des articles choisis pour la soupe qui définit le prix. Je me suis faite avoir la première fois.

Honestly one of the best authentic self serve hot pot restaurants in Montreal. They have fresh ingredients, diverse soup options to choose from, & the whole vibe in the store is amazing!

Their meat & veggie selection is good. They also keep the food section pretty neat & tidy. I personally like the Szechuan Sauce which seems to be a mix of sesame sauce & chilli oil.

My only point of critique is that their broth recipe is not consistent. I received my dish too salty a couple of times now. But, I have also ordered the same thing before where it came out just perfect.

Would love for it to be more consistently balanced!
