Petit restaurant de quartier vraiment avec une super ambiance. Il doit y avoir une vingtaine de places & nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres ce qui est vraiment agréable. Excellent rapport qualite/prix Entre 18 - 28dollars Les cocktails vraiment abordables env 10dol si je generalise. Mais ce qui fait aimer ce restaurant c'est surtout la bienveillance des responsables ou owners. Les cocktails sont grands, bons, ils s'y connaissent! Des petites chips +accompagnements sont servis dès notre arrivée. L'ambiance Mexicaine est la, l'endroit est tres bien decore. La nourriture est bonne & genereuse. Came into this small unassuming neighbourhood spot for a late lunch. Ordered a plate of carnitas tacos & a guacamole to share. Tacos were generously filled & the carnitas was very tender, flavourful & lightly smoky. The salsa verde was very mild & tangy, meanwhile the salsa roja was deep & perfectly spicy. The staff was very welcoming & catering during our meal. The chef came out to offer us a complementary bowl of frijoles. Overall very good experience with excellent food, I'll be sure to come back often.View more
I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Mexican restaurant that truly embodies authenticity & passion, free from pretentiousness. I ordered the fish tacos, & they were absolutely delicious. The fish was fresh & perfectly cooked, & the combination of pickled cabbage & guacamole created a beautifully balanced flavor profile. The chef-owner generously offered us complimentary frijoles & ensured we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Came here for my birthday dinner with a few friends. Although they didn't really have notice to do anything about it, they didn't really have anything in store for my birthday so it was just a regular dinner. Not that I had expectations but it is always nice when a restaurant does a little extra something out of acknowledgment for a birthday, it made me think that another restaurant would have been a better choice for my birthday. Mexican food is some of my favourite though which is why I chose this place. The prices are alright. Menu has mid-level of variety, a bit more than just tacos & burritos but not much more. The overall quality is not bad but not impressive either. I think the high ratings for this place are not reflective of this. For the prices they are charging it's reasonable food. I ordered a Mojito & I have to say that drink was pretty amazing though. Pretty rare I like a drink more than my actual meal but this was the case here.View more
