Open since 1985, our restaurant offers a Swiss and European cuisine which is very comforting, including our traditional raclette dish. Founded in the Swiss Alps, this typical dish is offered here with the same authenticity as where it came from. La raclette, which is also the name of the cheese used for this dish comes from the action of scraping the cheese melted by a heat source to your plate. So you can enjoy this dish already prepared for you in your plate or using our oven that allows you to heat and scrape the cheese at your table. Also, in the purest tradition, this dish is served with cold meats (ham and beef) which comes from the region of Grisons in Switzerland, our pickles and pickled onions and potatoes. The quality of ingredients and simplicity are all the charm of this traditional raclette.

This was our second time here & we brought along new friends. We had such a beautiful experience & are so thankful for the amazing service & kindness from our waiter Mario. A truly warm & cozy environment with such delicious food in the cold of winter. We can't wait to come back next time we're in Montreal!!

Best service, especially as an American tourist, & just extremely helpful when ordering cuisine that is commonly unfamiliar (if you're unfamiliar with fondue:) 2nd time eating here, we came once last year, & I'm sure this will continue to become a tradition! Thank you La Raclette
Food is delicious. You are lucky if you get Mario as a server. He is such a treat! Very professionally warm & welcoming. Very grateful for our experience here
Service impeccable & ambiance chaleureuse. Panoplie d entrées pour tout les goûts.La raclette parfaite. Le choix de viandes surprenant, & légumes variés & savoureux. Je propose tout de même de donner le choix d épaisseur du fromage, je préfère plus mince. Proposition de dessert qui fait le poids pour 2 personnes. Au final, nous avons adorer cette sortie! A recommencer!
Bel ambiance chaleureuse, portion généreuse, accueil & services hors pair, bel esprit d'équipe du staff. Une expérience que nous allons renouveler à coup sûr !
Copieux, délicieux & tout aussi appétissant pour les yeux! Nous avons pris les pierrades (fromages au four & viandes à faire cuire sur pierre chaude) & la viande était particulièrement exquise & de grande qualité. Desserts originaux & savoureux. Le concept est tout à fait indiqué pour passer un agréable moment! Nous avons été servies avec beaucoup de délicatesse.
J'ai très hâte d'y retourner! Longue vie à cette belle institution :).

Functional nut not great setup for raclette, but adequate plate sizes. They do have weird cheeses that don't melt right though, so stick with the traditional raclette cheese.

Leur fondue est excellente & le service super attentionné. J'ai moins aimé le retrait des nappes blanches pour manger sur des tables en bois, le restaurant étant ancien, le style Urbain lui enlève son charme.
J'adore votre restaurant mais j'ai été très déçue par les portions réduites & ces légumes, qui ont l'air de provenir d'un sac de légumes congelés, qui ont été ajouté à votre plat phare, l'émincé de veau à la zurichoise. Quant à la portion, l'assiette est plus volumineuse, mais la viande & le rosti ont été coupés au moins de 50 gr, sinon plus. Décevant...pour le pris pharamineux de 44 $ l'assiette. Pas certaine de m'y revoir. Dommage.
