Open since 1985, our restaurant offers a Swiss and European cuisine which is very comforting, including our traditional raclette dish. Founded in the Swiss Alps, this typical dish is offered here with the same authenticity as where it came from. La raclette, which is also the name of the cheese used for this dish comes from the action of scraping the cheese melted by a heat source to your plate. So you can enjoy this dish already prepared for you in your plate or using our oven that allows you to heat and scrape the cheese at your table. Also, in the purest tradition, this dish is served with cold meats (ham and beef) which comes from the region of Grisons in Switzerland, our pickles and pickled onions and potatoes. The quality of ingredients and simplicity are all the charm of this traditional raclette.
Moreover, apart from our traditional raclette dish, we offer a variety of other delicious dishes that stem from a long tradition of Swiss and European cuisine, such as our fondue cheese, thinly sliced veal Zurich and other delights to discover...
Reviews describe La Raclette as a cozy, inviting spot with a warm atmosphere, generous portions of cheese and potatoes, and a range of raclette and fondue options that pair well with charcuterie, while some guests feel the prices are high for simpler meats and the BYOW approach is seen as a plus by wine lovers or a drawback for those expecting inclusive drinks; service is widely praised for friendliness and attentiveness, the cheese is noted as high quality, and many guests appreciate the BYOW option and the convivial, shareable experience that makes it good for dates or gatherings, with several noting they would return.
Over the last ten year's have been coming to this restaurant. Always terrific service & the food is fantastic. Never have they been inconsistent with any dish my husband & I have ordered throughout the years. Returned at the reopening this past weekend & I tried the salmon, absolutely delicious. I took a cheese plate to go for a picnic the next morning from their take out site & I was impressed, the presentation was top notch & was an abundant serving. Always at the top of our lists of restaurants, if you haven't been here yet your missing a great experience.

The food was okay but the fixed price menu was $78 plus per person which consisted of a modest starter salad & the main was essentially luncheon meat, a couple of boiled potatoes & slices of vegetables. With tip it was $440 with some soft drinks/tea (no alcohol). Ridiculously over priced. The desserts, however, were wonderful.
