Open since 1985, our restaurant offers a Swiss and European cuisine which is very comforting, including our traditional raclette dish. Founded in the Swiss Alps, this typical dish is offered here with the same authenticity as where it came from. La raclette, which is also the name of the cheese used for this dish comes from the action of scraping the cheese melted by a heat source to your plate. So you can enjoy this dish already prepared for you in your plate or using our oven that allows you to heat and scrape the cheese at your table. Also, in the purest tradition, this dish is served with cold meats (ham and beef) which comes from the region of Grisons in Switzerland, our pickles and pickled onions and potatoes. The quality of ingredients and simplicity are all the charm of this traditional raclette.

Moreover, apart from our traditional raclette dish, we offer a variety of other delicious dishes that stem from a long tradition of Swiss and European cuisine, such as our fondue cheese, thinly sliced veal Zurich and other delights to discover...

We're Torontonians & every trip to Montreal must include a visit to La Raclette because it is so consistently fantastic!! The service is always superb (merci Vincent!), the environment is cosy thanks to soft lighting & mellow music, the food is absolutely delicious, especially if you love fondue or raclette, & all for a very reasonable price. Thanks to all for yet another wonderful soirée!!

We have been to La Raclette several times each time for raclette; needless to say it is delicious or we would not return. Service is attentive but not 'in your face', even when the restsurant is full. On our our most recent visit we noticed a few tables with fondue which looked good, so I now have another reason to go back!

Very interesting set up... the hot oven & taking time to prepare your food allows for great conversations & sharing culinary experiences with your date. It was a great time. Good restaurant & great food.

Première expérience à cet endroit . Serveur très sympathique même si ça faisait seulement 2 jours qu il y travaillait. Nourriture très bonne & portion plus que généreuse! Ambiance agréable mais décibel un peu élevé. Nous y retournerons!!
