Located in a residential area, it's cute, with warm ambiance & great food. We (4) ordered two experiences to share: Classic Cheese Fondue for 2pp & Raclette to share for 2pp. Great selections of meats for raclette. We ended up trying everything & all delicious. Although, It's so much food!. We didn't like the cold soup "gaspacho", It might be for specific tastes. I feel the price could be on the high side for a whole family, so be sure to check the prices before you go. The BYOB option helps, so it won't break the bank. My waitress was estressed, not very patience to explain how the menu works for raclette & fondue for a first time guest, the hostest explained for me. The waiter even opened the proseco & the alcohol jumped out & he forgot to clean, so my table was sticky all night. I'll come back, but definetely will hope to have a better service

Chef selection was great, food was good. Waitress also have an important role to play with the experience. How I can digest & taste the food if the waitress is not good? I originally speak spanish
but I have many years in NYC, so I speak english as a 2nd language. My waitress was estressed, talked fast, I couldnt understand how was the ordering system for food, he even opened my proseco & it jumped out & he didnt clean only dried but was sticky my side all night, etc - I stand up & I asked the hostest to explained me, & then I was able to understand, order dishes & enjoy it. I'd like to come back, but definetely ask for other waitress.

We had a wonderful time! We had intended to have fondue, but our son wanted steak. So we did the all beef & cheese melter. It was delicious & so much fun! Such a special, cozy evening. We needed that! Thank you guys so much! Happy New Year!

Malheureusement, en tant que belge & amateur des alpes & des Pyrénées, cf n'est pas la meilleure raclette que nous ayons mangée. Nous étions assis prêt de la porte & avons été dérangés par les entrées & sorties continuelles (froid). Nous avons également reçu l'addition sans l'avoir demandée.
Un peu déçus car mon fils qui étudie pour un an au Canada se réjouissait de manger une fondue au fromage..

La personne qui était assignée à notre table était très sympathique, serviable & professionnelle . Connaissant le restaurant depuis plusieurs années, ce fut de nouveau une belle expérience. Service impeccable. Au plaisir de se revoir en 2024.
